I have been ordering take out from here since I started my job in September. This is one of the few restaurants in the area that deliver. After today I, and my coworkers, will NEVER order from Asia again. Sadly the story does not start with today's incident. It starts with our last experience with them.
I had placed an order online for myself and a coworker. I have not had issues in the past with placing orders in this fashion. But after waiting an hour for our food I called the restaurant to find out what was going on. While I was charged for my order, it never made it to the restaurant. I asked to be refunded the cost of my order, because we were going to get lunch from another restaurant. However, the person on the other end of the phone was trying to talk me out of the refund and added they would comp a future order. I understand the reasoning behind this offer, but I had to state that I was going to dispute the charge with my bank. A process which would cost the company more the just refunding my charge. I was told that the only person who could process this refund was the manager who happened to be on vacation at the time. Needless to say I got my refund 3 days later and while the person I had originally spoken with was adamant about apologizing for the experience I should never have had to resort to disputing the charge with my bank.
This brings us today, about a month later. A coworker and I decide to place an order over the phone. Nothing crazy. Normally, when the delivery person arrives they walk into the building, right outside the doors to our suite and call to let us know that they are here. This was not the case for this delivery. The driver never came in the building. We were waiting outside our suite since this was the norm. My coworker, who placed the order, did not bring her phone with her but once the expected delivery time expired she went in to retrieve it only to find that she had missed calls from the delivery driver and someone from the restaurant. Once we get a hold of the restaurant the person on the other end of the phone stated that "we are waisting their time". We had no idea that the delivery person was already there, waiting for us by their car.
I cannot condone doing business with a company who treats their customers in such a manner. If we, your customers, are a waste of this business's time then so is any other person who orders or dines here. My recommendation, go somewhere else. Your business will be better...
Read moreI had called two places delivery they had charged me from my food plus the $4 delivery charge then when the guy got here to deliver my food I paid him which was supposed to be $12 and eighty something cents he charged me $13 I gave him a 20 he was supposed to be giving me back $7 he only handed me back 6 so when I called to make the complaint the woman at the front desk had told me why am I complaining when I know that there's a delivery charge I then proceeded to tell her I understood that because it's a $4 delivery charge which y'all take when y'all charge us when we make our order so why is your driver charged me extra money and why am I paying so much money for a little food she didn't proceeded to tell me that if I have such a problem with her business and her company then I shouldn't call anymore and she wanted to know why I was so upset I told her the reason why I'm upset is because your drivers are charging us extra money for something that we've already paid them for and then she told me if I have a problem not to call back and not to order from them anymore if I'm so unhappy with the service that I got go to be honest with you I really don't feel like I should have had paid $13 for this I will like a manager to contact me as soon as possible so I will be turning them in to the food authorities this was the lunch special Meal which was only supposed to be 6.75 and I was charged $13 and I'm being told that I can't get my money back or I can't talk to a manager and only had 5 pieces of shrimp really where...
Read moreI will NEVER eat at this place again. EVER. First, as we were waiting for our food to arrive at our table. I happened to turn my head only to witness one of the waiters walking out from the kitchen area, picking their nose and then wipe on their apron! (while his other hand was carrying a dish out to someone.) I was so disgusted. I couldn't stay after that. As I was walking out, this young gentleman (couldn't have been older than 25) walked in, he asked if it was possible to borrow the phone because his vehicle had a flat and he didn't have the spare tire or tools, so he needed to call his dad. (This poor young man left his phone at home.) He was obviously tired and stressed from his situation, only to be told "No, he could not use their phone." then he asked if he could use the bathroom, again he was told, "No. He was not a customer so he could not use their phone or restroom." The look on this poor young man's face was such dispair. I did let him use my phone and Yes, he did call his father explaining his situation. He was a simple young man who had the misfortune of experiencing his first flat tire, with no tire, tools or phone. - A little humanity wouldn't have been much, but obviously this restaurant knows nothing about. Nor, do they have a clue about maintaining a clean environment. Employees picking their nose and worse, carrying out some food. Oh NO, NEVER AGAIN WILL I STOP AT THIS PLACE. THEY ARE...
