Had an awesome experience at the Austin Herman Miller store! Me and my husband were just visiting from Dallas and decided to stop by, and I’m really glad we did. We already have a Steelcase chair at home, so we were curious to see how Herman Miller compared. We’d actually been to the Dallas store twice before but didn’t get any help. Completely different experience in Austin, and Nolan was fantastic. He’s not pushy at all, just really knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He showed us all the chair features, explained how they worked, and gave thoughtful recommendations based on our body types and how we sit. We ended up picking one Aeron each that fit us perfectly.

So, originally I got my aeron chair without posture fit and I reached out to customer service for questions regarding order exchanges, that's when I came across to Lynda the store manager. She is super knowledgeable. She explained to me about the difference between the aeron chair and embody chair.
