Zakkary was very knowledgable and friendly. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I learned a lot about the brand and felt really good about the quality of the products. I ended up buying my first perfume ever! I got the English Pear & Freesia with a personalized cap. Love i!

I had the best first-time experience at the Jo Malone store in The Domain, all thanks to Mrs. Vélez. She was absolutely amazing—so sweet, talented, and caring.

​Mrs. Vélez really took the time to meticulously understand my preferenceswhat I was looking for, and her expertise was incredible. She didn't just help me find the perfect scent; she made the entire experience feel special from the perfume itself to the beautiful little details she added to the box. ​Her thoughtfulness and care made me left not only with a wonderful new fragrance but also with a huge smile on my face.

The smells are amazing, the quality is incredible, the store is fantastic and the staff is wonderful.

Been a big fan of Jo Malone London for a long time and I never realized there was a store in the Domain. First time in the other day and have to get some things for myself and my wife. The staff is absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable, taking the time to get to know you and your likes and dislikes to be able to help guide and show you how to not only find your best scent but how to combine and layer scents to create whole new incredible smells.

I will be back soon for more. This was an great realization to find this store and I am so happy to...

I was visiting Austin and took my best friend here since she had been wanting to try JM. I wanted to give her the birthday experience that I received every year at my local Jo Malone store in Dallas. Unfortunately, both the staff and the manager acted like they had no idea what I meant. We still bought some from the limited Highlands Collection but left incredibly disappointed. Either the staff here were not trained well, or they deliberately did not honor Jo Malone 's birthday gift. I advised my friend to never shop here again.
