A few vendors tried starting conversations with me even though I was 10+ feet away and just wanted some space and freedom to browse without hearing unsolicited pitches. I understand their approach to generating business but would be grateful if the atmosphere were more relaxing and trustful in this regard.

Very lovely people and great entrepreneurs. Unfortunately, this is similar to what other “farmer’s markets” have turned into. Very few people selling whole foods (meat, fruits, and veggies). Mostly people selling food they cooked, goods they baked, or trinkets they made. This is much closer to a food truck park than a farmers market.

Be warned, this is not the Farmer's Market you think it is. The one that you're looking for is at N Bell Blvd... this is a sorry excuse for someone who bought the space, sent out misleading advertisement for their market, brag about it to new customers, and barely has anything to sell.
