Horrible customer service, Lili is the absolute worst. I parked here for two hours, forgot to end my parking and was charged almost $40. Of course, I understand this was my fault, but when I reached out to kindly explain the situation and request a partial refund, I was given $8 (my total for 2 hours of parking should have been around $6, so my total with the refund I got was still over $30). This company is greedy and money hungry and they are absolutely no better than a towing company who prey on people’s moments...

Great location, easy to use, good rate ($2.20 per hour up to 7hrs or $26 for 7+hr), however super confusing when it comes to overnight parking.

I left my rental car there 7pm to 10am, and was charged for two days. There is no clear explanation on the garage's website, but I learned from their support team that they only do calendar days and not 24hr-based timeframes. The team was nice enough to refund the second day, but their website should be a lot clearer...

So easy to use! I love how it always remembers my license plate and payment info so I don’t have to enter it every time I use the service....
