I love the product, once you try it on it basically sells itself. With that said- I know it’s difficult being in retail and customers are all different. I worked at a Neiman Marcus a while back so it’s hard to please everyone. I personally don’t like to be overly talked to by sales people. I’m quiet. I’m pondering all the wardrobe choices that I can wear with a certain item. If I’m overly chatted with I get out of “buy mode” and I’m just like forget it. Read moreThe fitting rooms don't fully close. In fact there are gaping holes on the sides no matter how much you pull the curtains. It was hilarious (in a sad way) seeing all the husbands try to hold it shut so their wives can try on clothes. My wife initially didn't want to try on the pants due to the fitting room, but I convinced her to.
When I brought this up with management, the worker said they already tried everything. I suggested hooks to hold them shut, and they said it would "damage the curtains"
