I was initially informed it would be 30 min wait which I was more than happy to walk around during that time. Then the employee let me know they were out of cacaos for the moontower. The employee suggested I replace it with chocolate chips, but didn’t inform me it will be an extra dollar. I only realized this when I looked at the payment screen and asked to remove the cost. He told me that it would have to charge me a dollar for the chocolate chips. I really tried my best on communicating that I didn’t want to be charged extra for something that isn’t really my fault (the fact they were out of cacaos) or what I really wanted. He said he would take it off and inform the person who made the smoothie to add chocolate chips. When I got my smoothie it didn’t have the chocolate chips and tasted pretty okay. This was all very disappointing because I get so anxious correcting orders and really built up confidence to do things like this…only to be thoroughly disappointed. I understand they were pretty swamped though and other people were upset about the wait time…. It wasn’t about the dollar, but just the principle. I really regret buying the smoothie now .Also just overall my worst juiceland experience and I go to juiceland...

I have been a proud support of JuiceLand since it’s beginning in Austin. I used to post them often at the beginning of my social media journey, and before they became widely known that they even would exchange content for some items since I was such a regular and had a blog at that time. The Austin shops are quite different in set up versus Houston, but I like the formality the employees have here and the concept of the walk up window. I juice everyday almost, and I have tried everything on the menu— this shop continues to be one of my favorite go to’s for a quick pick me up. My favorites to get here are any green juice/smoothie, the golden milk, & the chia pudding oatmeal. If you are sick, opt for the additional add-in’s, your body will thank you!!

Only critic is Austin Juiceland has far better service, but they dont know how to make the drinks well. Need more practice. Houston jucieland may not be best service but they know how to make realllllly great drinks which ALWAYS makes up for lack of service...

DISGUSTING MANAGEMENT.

I had a deeply upsetting experience at JuiceLand at the domain today while picking up a mobile order. While the incredibly sweet woman working the window went to check on my order, I overheard a man—who I assume was a manager or supervisor—speaking to her in an INCREDIBLY belittling tone. When she respectfully asked him not to speak to her that way, he yelled at her to shut up, all within earshot of customers and with the window wide open. I was absolutely shocked and disgusted by this behavior. Despite this appalling treatment, the employee was still kind and professional toward me. No one should ever be spoken to like that, especially in the workplace. Management needs to take accountability—this kind of verbal abuse is unacceptable and this person should be fired...

Rating: 4.6/5 We were at the Domain and feeling thirsty after eating, so we decided to share a drink. The menu at Juiceland looked appealing, so we gave it a try. We ordered the Levitator (S $5.95, M $6.95, L $7.95), which includes pineapple, passion fruit, dragon fruit, ginger, mango, and blue majik served over ice. My husband got the large, and it was ready in about five minutes. The drink was vibrant and beautiful, with layers of color--and the taste matched the look. You could really pick up on all the flavors. Super refreshing, especially on a hot day!

Hands down, Juicy Land is my new go-to spot! Their Blue Dream is simply amazing, but why oh why did they only give me a tiny shot?! I was craving a whole cup! 🤣 The flavor was out of this world, and I'm still dreaming about it. Minor complaint aside, the service was top-notch, and the vibe was chill. Can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious offerings! 5 stars and then some! 💫

My bowl was watered down. I tried to compensate for this by getting more granola but since I was not allowed to get more granola without having to pay an upcharge I decided to leave this review 🤷🏽‍♀️. I asked for the consistency to be thick. Aside from this experience I love The brand and this location most days.
