South Congress Square — Local services in Austin

I used to love to go to Goodwill and places like that because it's where you can afford to buy clothes when you don't have enough money now they're taking your used clothes and marking them up to almost retail price which I think defeats the purpose of Goodwill I found the people that work there were rude everything I looked at some of them have more torn or needed fixing and they still wanted full price I'll stick to Thrift Town they don't up their prices cuz they know it's there to help lower class citizens who need to close their children and have good clothes for kids to go to school in and to go to work in Goodwill has gone down so far I find...

SoCo Nails is Amazing! Quang & staff are fun, friendly & courteous. The salon is beautiful and modern. Quang haa been transforming my nails for the past 5 years. He was working @ the old location across the street, by Austin Shoe Repair one November night 5 years ago, sick with allergies, watery eyes, & fever. I can't imagine doing nails when u cant breathe! I felt he needed motherly attention, so i brought him some Vick's vapor rub, Kleenex, Benadryl, etc. and we became fast friends! I called just to get information about an appointment and a lady told me " I'm gonna put you on hold for a second" so I waited and waited for exactly 21 minutes, after I asked my question she said " no we only have appointments until Monday " and hung up on me, is that called rudeness, hostility maybe ?
