If I could give more stars I would, my son got his 3rd drug charge which met he was looking at 25 to life. It seemed hopeless and I chose to not bail him out, he was killing himself it was heartbreaking. He called me from the jail and told me about this rehab program and asked me to check on it for him. The adult and teen challenge is a very structured faith-based rehab and best of all it was $1,500 donation to get him in the program. I gave Tony the man's phone number and Tony called him collect, after speaking with him they said he would be a good fit for their Brenham program which was almost 2 hours from home. After talking with my daughter we felt confident that if bailed out he would go straight to the program and be far enough away from home. Also a big thanks to Judge Tibbet, Tony was able to complete the program. We have all seen so much change in him. Once Tony was in the program my husband and I met with Amber Vasquez, she is energetic and gave us a little hope, we also met Megan Roper. I am here to tell you that these to ladies worked hard on Tony's case, they made the impossible possible. Megan showed up at every court date and got it reset so Tony could complete the rehab. 2 years later on punishment day both Amber and Megan showed up spoke to the prosecutor who once again was a new one, she sat in the back and watched Tony's video that Megan and Amber had Tony do about his life as a young boy till now. The prosecutor stood up and said she they were not seeking prison time she gave him 8 years deferred judification. Amber and Megan had changed the prosecutor's mind, how does that happen. These are two of the hardest hitting attorneys I have ever hired and I am so grateful for them because Tony is with his family, today September 26th he spent his 40th Birthday free with his family🙏Thank you Megan and Amber, you both gave me my son back. We found out the hard way hiring Amber and her team was a huge mistake!! At the end of the day, Amber's smooth words to her client did not match her actions in court. Amber repeatedly told her client she did not need him to testify to win, but if he would testify she would prepare him prior to putting him on the stand. During the trial her client repeatedly informed them he wanted to testify, however his requests were denied. Moreover, detailed evidence that was provided to Amber and her team proving the accusation was false was never presented in court. They claimed the judge would not admit it into evidence. As further proof that this team is getting away with unethical behavior, Amber disregarded a subpoena to testify in court in January 2020. Her client is being held accountable for something he did not do and without a fair trial, as she violated his rights. Who is holding her accountable for her unethical behavior and lack of respect...
