I’m so upset! I bought a $40 and some change hoodie and washed it inside out and when I took it out the letters and images were peeling one by one! I haven’t even worn it. Super over priced and super bad quality. I have a almost $50 plain black hoodie now. And it’s funny because the day we were checking out the lady in front was asking the owner himself (old balding guy) if she can wash and dry as normal and his products won’t shrink and he had the rudest answer “well you keep zapping anything in heat it’ll shrink eventually” um ok? My husband and I just looked at eachother and the poor lady was just like ok..and paid. We should of just left. We won’t...

I want to give a huge shout out to John V. I ordered a T-shirt on 10/2/25 at 9:12 am and received my package 25 hours later, on Oct 3, 10:15 am. The item was wrapped in tissue paper and then placed nice and neat in a box. The time and care that was put into that package is AMAZING!! I ordered from other companies, and they just throw the item in the package and ship it out. Then when you open it, you can cut the item because it doesn't have another wrapper.

Have never been to the store, but heard they had Cubs stuff. Being from Chicago, I was interested in knowing that the island was a Spring Training place years and years ago!! So I called and everyone was so nice and accommodating. They sent me pictures and I purchased two shirts that they Fed ex’d me in just a few days.
