Not kind to minorities coming in the store. I was in the store for 10minutes before the lady even bothered to say anything to me. I asked a simple question about the art and she didn't even know anything or didn't want to help because she was too busy filling out paperwork to assist her one customer. Sales person was rude when I asked her if they have an online shop. She saw me taking picture of an earring (I don't want to shop on whim) and assumed I was going to steal the design!! She also told me this artist is private and doesn't sale online. But that artist's jewelries are very much available on Etsy and everywhere else online!

I went into this place with my sister. We saw some mermaid figurines that caught her eye and she asked the cashier what the prices were. The lady’s response was “They’re expensive” she then proceeded to explain why they were expensive. She never gave her the response of the price. Honestly the woman was rude from the start.
