This place has changed a lot. It was the first Ferrari store I ever visited, and for years I considered it the best out of all the others I’ve been to(LA store(closed) and NY store). On my last visit a few years ago, when the store was still upstairs, I bought a red Ferrari jacket and had a great experience. Back then, people were free to take photos and record videos with the F1 car and other displays, and it truly felt special. Rules change but there is no signs also, the employees used to take photos for you.
Unfortunately, my recent visit was nothing like that. While browsing some merchandise I was interested in purchasing, an employee with a very poor attitude approached me about taking photos in store. The way she told me the price of a item I was looking made it seem as if I couldn’t afford it, and her demeanor essentially ran me out of the store. I had planned to buy a shirt, but after that interaction, I walked away—and they lost a sale. Now the store feels small, unremarkable, and staffed with rude employees or managers who act as if they’re too good for most people. There’s nothing to set this location apart from other Ferrari stores in the U.S. anymore. I wouldn’t recommend...
Read moreI visited the store yesterday, Dec 27 2022. I was really shocked with the level of rudeness that my son got there. Just to mention, that my son is a real fan of Ferrari and model cars, and he has great collection of very rare model cars. In the store, he took one car into his hands (the car is packed in protective box!!!) but the sales representative, her name starts with S, yelled at him not to touch it and that it is cost 500$. She also added, that he is not allowed to touch any car there (he is 11 years old, not a toddler that can drop the cars!). Also, all cars are spread throughout the store in protective boxes. First of all, hope the management team will see that message. Such unprofessional, rude workers should not be in such a wonderful store. She ruined the day for my son as he came there to get the new item into his collection. I visited many Ferrari stores in Europe but never seen such attitude. I am lucky to afford my kid those toys, but shame on this worker who would tell same to the kid that cannot buy this toy and can only hold it. Happy Holidays, Ferrari Team. I would never visit this...
Read moreThe worst Manager and Sales people ever! We went to exchange a watch w/an obvious defect and the sales personnel made us "literally" jump through hoops to prove we had purchased the watch there. We had the receipt and she denied the watch was on it, only to be proven wrong, it was! She couldn't read her own receipt! We were humiliated and what's worse she admitted she had been a "Kindergarten" teacher! We were literally schooled by dummies! Common sense and customer satisfaction are lacking in this venue, order online and avoid the "dodo birds" employed there! At the end of the day..."The customer is, and always should be treated as right!" Power of the pen is a scary thing, and so is the internet! Ladies, just do the right thing and cater to the customer, without us, you have no sale, and you in turn, have no salary! Get...
