Free People — Local services in Aventura

Let me start by saying I am a free people lover and shop in the Atlanta store almost weekly. I love the clothes and the staff. But the experience I just had at free people in Avenutra was poor enough to make me never want to step foot in that store again. I came in needing to remove a security sensor that was left on a dress I purchased in Atlanta. I didn’t have the physical receipt but I had the receipt on my phone from Apple Pay. The girl who helped me refuse to even acknowledge the receipt I had and insisted that I needed the actual receipt and I am still trying to figure out what the difference is since the order number was on the receipt. She was rude, and dismissing and did nothing to help me. We then talked to the manager who was in the register next to her and she was just as unhelpful. I proceeded to ask if they could call the store to verify and they barely acknowledged me at this point. I proceeded to call Atlanta myself, spoke to my amazing sales rep there Madison and she quickly resolved the issue for me. The craziest part is the sales rep from aventura still gave Madison attitude over the phone. Unbelievable lack of customer care specially from a store that sells high end clothing. Overnight shipping is not really overnight. I followed the advice from the cashier to order a model that was not available in store, but she said: I can order for you and you'll receive it on time, is gonna be overnight shipping. I'm on vacation, and the package didn't arrive on time, actually it took 4 days to be delivered. Now I'm gone and I have to figure out how to recover the package to be...

I always shop here when I come to the Aventura mall. Hayley and Lindsay are always so nice and helpful. I am always greeted with smiles. The entire staff always goes above and beyond we have also dealt with two different managers there that have been super nice.
