We were convinced that we would be successful in using your design service from within but we soon found out this was not the case. We approached the table to request some help with purchasing furniture for our new Miami Beach condo residence and was greeted coldly by the lady who told us she was the project designer (Christine) She sat behind the little desk and to our surprise she told us that she was unable to help us unless we had closing documentation for our condo. We informed her that we are ready to pay cash today for our purchase and we would have no problem storing our furniture if our apartment was not yet finished in time of delivery, but she still insisted that she could not help us. Frustrated My husband, myself, and my mother-in-law started to walk around to try to do it ourselves because neither the project designer nor the other gentleman offered to even help us begin to make selections or give us suggestions. We brought in the proper floor plan and lay out of our apartment and was ready to make a purchase that day for or 1300 sq foot interior and 700 sq foot exterior patio. Instead we left unsatisfied, discouraged, and definitely not happy. Having purchased previously from your company for our last project in Miami Beach 4 months or so prior and had no problem, this response and customer service or lack there of was not what we had expected. Therefore, we opted to use our own designer and friend for our entire project and will not be returning to this location EVER again. The design team at the West Palm location is a better choice or so I’ve heard but it’s a shame we have to drive an extra hour to receive the customer service we deserve. We will still be purchasing furniture from your company and only because we love your designs and quality goods; if only I could say the same for your staff. The chilling tone and unprofessional attitude from your project designer and no eagerness to even give us a tour of the show room floor was the worst display of service in sales we have ever seen. Had Christine been welcoming and available to show us around and do her job she would have been looking at a nice big purchase for this particular location and we would have gladly used her in the future. If this is the type of staff you have representing your brand you can only hope that the quality of goods withstand other companies who give both excellent quality in goods AND services.    Read moreI recommend not buying in this store, the worst shopping experience of my life, more than a month ago I made a purchase of a piece of furniture of almost $ 20,000 in this store and my experience has been horrible, they had many terrors when placing the order, I have I made calls to the store and they answered me by telephone in a bad way, disrespecting me when I hung up the call and telling me to call customer service, the first problem I received an email specifying the order and one of two equal items are charging me at a higher price and leaves with another delivery date of weeks apart when it was the same purchase and special order, second problem the seller offered me a delivery of 3 to 4 weeks with estimated date which they do not intend to meet, I have made multiple calls to Attention to the client which I have lost more than an hour of my time in each call and they never give me a concrete answer of when my furniture will arrive, in each call they give me a different story, I told myself In which part of the order is it that they will send it to me and they do not comply with me, then they tell me that it was a problem with my card which I called my bank and there is no problem that they have never tried to debit, in another call I They say that they are going to send them to me this week, in another call they tell me that they are not going to send me until another month, they are an irresponsible company without seriousness and they do not comply, they play with the client and their time, they have no organization, until today after a month and a half of my purchase I still do not have a delivery date, please RH if anyone cares I need my furniture, it does not seem fair to me to have to call you should you as a company try to communicate with the customer and keep him informed of his mistakes, my saleswoman gemma disregarded the problem and there is no follow-up, from the heart the worst experience of my life in a purchase I hope...

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this location was frustrating enough to warrant one. After doing extensive research, I came in specifically to inquire about two swivel chairs by name. The associate I spoke with told me they were unavailable and not on display. I found that odd, so I continued browsing—and sure enough, in the very next room adjacent to his desk, both chairs were not only on display but clearly labeled with the exact names I had mentioned.
When I pointed this out, the associate remained dismissive and unhelpful, continuing to type on his laptop without acknowledging the mistake or offering assistance. It felt like I was being ignored, despite making a genuine effort to engage and clarify the situation.
For a brand that prides itself on luxury and customer service, this was a disappointing and frankly infuriating experience. I expected better attention to detail and professionalism. I hope RH takes this feedback seriously and improves the level of service at this location.
