Carrot Express — Restaurant in Aventura

Better than Juice & Java AND Pura Vida! Juice and Java’s quality has really gone downhill lately. Pura Vida is great but it’s too hot with the doors open & has an obscenely long line. Carrot Express next to Bloomingdales has a gigantic seating area so I can always get a great seat! I’ve had several dishes, all which are amazing, my favorite being the miso salmon bowl with dreamy butternut squash! I love their cilantro lime dressing which reminds me of old school juice & Java (before they ruined it) & Pura vida dressing. The only thing I’d recommend against is their veggie burger, which is very starchy. Also you have to try the stevia sweetened mangosteen tea. It doesn’t have that awful...

This place is not what it used to be. We were in the mall yesterday and my son wanted a smoothie so we came here. He got the strawberry passion smoothie and i decided to get the almond joy smoothie. It took over 10 minutes to make these and by the time we got them we stuck straws in them and walked away. When we finally had a sip they were awful. They didn’t taste like a smoothie at all and they were completely warm. My son complained about his so I tasted it and his was absolutely awful and not even drinkable. Delicious food and not only that amazing customer service you wont regret trying anything here I went with a friend and was invited courteously to sit down menu's were provided instantly by Jason the manager and we were welcomed it almost felt like we were hugged of how happy they were to having us, our picks were great I went for a poke bowl of tuna. The food was served in speedingly time, everything tasted deliciously fresh. I have tried other carrot express but this one was top notch in their service and attentiveness thank you again.
