Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More — Local services in Avon

After driving from one shop to another, North Olmsted, Fairview Park, Lakewood, trying to support local businesses, to just find out that no one was able to accommodate writing on (2) T-shirts, Big Frog saved the day! I purchased 2 T-shirts from Amazon, (Manatee faces), and I needed basic wording on the back of the shirts. Since this was a Tuesday morning and I needed the shirts back for a Sunday birthday celebration, I thought that was plenty of time for such a small request. When I walked into Big Frog, I was greeted by a happy welcoming employee who was more than happy to fulfill my request. She said this is a small request and asked if I was willing to wait a few minutes as they can complete my order that day!!! I was not charged for any minimums, nor set up fees, nor was I given attitude like I experienced from the other local businesses that I had visited. I know my small job of writing on 2 T-shirts was by no means a money maker for anyone, but how silly of the other businesses to think I would ever use or recommend them for any future jobs. I will definitely recommend Big Frog in the future. They did an amazing job, they fulfilled my needs and most importantly they treated me with kindness and respect and did not dismiss my request and acted like what I needed was a waste of their time. So I was in the store at the Avon Commons location... I loved iy and the lady was great... I had a coupon (I got from their website) that stated "$10 white t-shirts, Max of 10" I showed the manager the coupon and she said you have to get 10 shirts for that coupon to take effect. I assumed she knew what she was talkin about and maybe I misread. I had got 3 shirts made and paid $57 for them. I talked to a friend who also used that coupon the next day and told her she had no probelm with hers that it clearly states on the coupon "MAX AMOUNT OF TSHIRTS 10" So I called back the next day and the manager Christine told me in her exact words "The owner miss printed the coupon and it should of said, Minimum of 10 t-shirts, theres nothing I can do for you, but I can talk to the owners and tell them to be more clear on the coupons" I just said thank you and hung up. It doesn't matter what the coupon "was suppose to say, it matters what a coupon SAYS" I should have been refunded the difference. This was my first time going to Big Frog in Avon and I can't wait to return there! I had an amazing experience! The staff was very welcoming and super supportive in helping me execute my idea for designing a running-race tank top. In particular, the lady who helped me create the design for my tank, was very patient and careful in choosing the correct font, color, and design to ensure the best end result. She did an awesome job! Furthermore, she went above and beyond to print and press my tank top in record time (less than 3 hours when it would normally take until the next day) to ensure that I would have the tank ready to rock on my race day (a day later). I cannot express enough how enthralled I am with the experience I had there and the quality of service I received!
