I had a great experience. My son recommended brewers to me. I was replacing carpet throughout my house with beautiful wood flooring. Ben Garrison was always helpful through the sales period and allowed me to take multiple samples to my house, bring back, and take more. The ladies answering the phones were always very polite and happy, and helped make the total experience great. The install team arrived before 8am and all were working at 8 am. Everyone knew their "part" in the install and just worked very hard all day. It is beautiful. Greg Straub,production manager came out next day to make certain all was going well. I did call him a few days later and asked for help w my new vents. He came out next day. I explained that i had created the issue as i had not had the vents here for the install. 3 would not fit. Greg scheduled to come out next day. The holes were cut in the would properly from his team but the metal inside had been beat up by someone else. So he still got the metal straight for me and new vents slipped right in. I owned a business for 40 year and customer service was very important to me. We had such a great experience with Brewer Flooring. We found a tile there we really liked for our kitchen backsplash. They ordered it and installed it for us. Amy and Ben were both great to communicate with, responding quickly and answering all my questions and providing requested information. The installation was scheduled promptly. The 3 men who came to our home were very respectful to our home and to us. They made sure to ask before assuming what we would want them to do. They were professional in every way. Their workmanship is amazing. They spent a long 10 hour day working very hard to get all the tiles on the wall. It looks so great. We couldn't be happier. This company is the best. They are extremely professional. Sam B, the salesman, came to my home, took down measurements, and followed through with the cost and possible dates for installation. He listened carefully to the things that I wanted. Mike B was the installer and he takes tremendous pride in his work. He is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. And his work is outstanding. Greg S is the production manager. We had a few minor issues after the installation. Greg was here taking care of everything. He even went to the hardware store to get a piece to make our back door better than before. What business does that???? I highly recommend...
