I have had experience with many contractors over the years and I have to say that The Guy Corporation is by far the best. This is truly a family business. Jon expertly manages the construction process, and his wife Melissa guides the clients thru the design and product selection maze. She is very up to date on current trends. She was very diplomatic when informing me that some of my picks were outdated styles, and then offering alternatives. Their attention to the smallest details assures that you will be satisfied with the final product. They use top notch contractors and communicate their expectations to ensure a quality result. Jon is very hands on and actually did some of the critical tasks himself to make sure they were done right. Their communication with the client is outstanding. You know what to expect, how much it will cost, and how changes are priced. Jon also offered me a lot of valuable advice at no charge on how to navigate low ball insurance offers and as a result I was able to negotiate a much higher settlement. Jon, Melissa, and team helped us design and build our home in 2013. We have only become more pleased as the years have ticked by. Their combined experience helped us navigate the sometimes overwhelming number of decisions that must be made and steered us clear of potential pitfalls.

When we decided to add a picture window to our master bedroom, we didn't even consider another builder. Jon still had all of the documentation from the original build so we had high confidence the window would go in as planned. It did.

The install was quick and efficient. There was minimal disruption to our lives and minimal construction dust. Much of the original building material was saved and reused, keeping the cost of the project down. The window was expertly installed and looks as if it has always been there.
