My wife bought me a foot pedal here for Christmas and asked the manager(I believe his name was Chris)if I could return the pedal for a refund if I didn't like it, He told her yes and the purchase was made. Shortly after Christmas I returned with the pedal and asked for a refund. The guy at the counter told me they didn't give refunds and said he would call the guy "Chris" who sold it to me. After getting off the phone the sales clerk told me they would not refund the pedal and to my amazement told me that "Chris" has been giving too many refunds lately and could not do it. After looking around the store for an hour and not finding anything that I wanted to spend my $200 on I went to the counter and pleaded with the sales person to give me a refund, after all my wife was told that I could return it for a refund. long story short I was there for 2 hours trying to figure out what we were going to do about the situation and was treated like complete crap in the process. The refund was never given and I was forced to buy $200 worth of stuff I really didn't need or want. Not to mention they basically called my wife a liar. If you want to support people who lie to you just to make a sale and then go back on their word then be my guest, Otherwise avoid this place like the plague. Hands down the worst customer service experience ive ever...

I'm new to learning guitar and had brought in one that had been sitting for over 10 years not being played. I asked for new strings and they informed me that they look great but the guitar itself could use fine tuning like straightening the neck and lowering the strings (I don't remember the term they used). It wasn't needed, but it would help, so I went ahead and had them do it. Before doing it, they had asked me and explained to me what it means, the cost and how long it would take. While I waited (about 10-15 minutes), I asked about getting a new case since mine was flimsy. Another employee assisted me and did a comparison about the different soft cases. Instead of trying to sell their top notch products like other businesses, they showed me very good budget friendly cases. I hadn't even mention being on a budget. So I felt like my money or time wasn't wasted.
