🟨 Review of Taco Bell – 6851 E US Hwy 36, Avon, IN I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience here. I placed a mobile order for two Crunchwrap Supreme combos and a Taco Party Pack. I accidentally selected a regular -size Baja Blast Freeze instead of the large fountain Baja Blast that’s actually included at no extra charge with the combo. This was because the app picture looks a lot like the fountain drink and not the freeze . This was my fault and I acknowledge that. The Freeze adds $0.70—so I paid more. . At the window, i encountered a white male wearing glasses tall guy. And Hispanic guy. Hispanic guy was making the food and white guy was working the window . I kindly asked if we could switch it to the fountain Baja blast since I accidentally selected a freeze. The employee looked annoyed and didn’t respond—just shut the window and brought back a small Baja Blast. No acknowledgment, no effort to make it right. At this point I was like really ? But I said you know what it was my fault so I’ll take it and just drink something at home… I had to stop and check the food after I left the window … When I checked the combo meals, both tacos were incorrect. I had ordered a Doritos Locos Taco Supreme and a Crunchy Taco Supreme, both of which cost extra, but I received plain hard shell tacos instead. So I went inside and respectfully explained the issue again, about the drink if he could please give me a large instead of this small little fountain Baja blast because I mean I already had to come back inside to get my order fixed with the wrong two tacos … I even showing my receipt and the price breakdown. The same employee asked, “Are you willing to pay the difference?”—even though I had already paid more for the Freeze than the large drink would have cost. He seemed completely uninterested in helping or understanding, just stared blankly and acted bothered that I dared to speak up. Then, after I explained that both combo tacos were incorrect, his response was: “So what do you need or want?” At that point, I couldn’t believe how dismissive and combative the interaction had become. I remained calm and respectful through the whole ordeal—yet was treated as if I was trying to game the system, when all I wanted was the correct items I paid for. Watching the employee angrily toss the Freeze in the trash while another laughed and mumbled with him behind the counter was insulting (he was talking with the Hispanic guy in-front of me) while he smirked and I know was talking bad about me . I paid over $40 and got poor service, incorrect items, and zero accountability. This location seriously needs retraining on basic customer service, respect, and how their own mobile menu pricing works.

Walked into the taco bell, which I never had any problems before here, and ordered at the kiosk and went to pay with cash. I stood at the register for around 20 minutes (which isn’t too much of an issue, I’ve worked in fast food and I get sometimes there’s just too much going on with drive-thru and mobile door dash orders) and I had ordered the dipping taco meal which comes with the dipping taco, a chalupa, a 5 layer, and chips with cheese. After they begrudgingly gave me my order and looked in it, I did not get the dipping taco, I had barely any chips and these were the cheese sauces gave to me, not even a pump of cheese. I understand if they don’t have enough cheese sauce but if that was the case, tell the customers or at least put out a sign. This sight just makes the wait I went through all the more bitter. Also while I was waiting for someone to ask me if I needed any help, there were multiple other issues going on with other customers, I even heard a young lady with her child cussing under her breath because they got most of their order wrong after also waiting a good amount of time. I don’t know what the problem was for them today but it’s just bizarre to me.

I had the pleasure of being served by Prabjot at Taco Bell, and I can't say enough good things about him! He was incredibly nice and always greeted us with a warm smile. Prabjot's kindness meant even more to me because I was going through a tough time being homeless. His positive attitude and friendly demeanor made me feel seen and valued. After that, life took a wonderful turn, and I became rich, famous, and incredibly happy. Prabjot's genuine care made a lasting impact on me, and I'll always be grateful. Thank you, Prabjot, for being an amazing person! Then i went back and OMG, you guys have to meet Karan at Taco Bell! He is seriously amazing! Not only did he make me feel like a valued customer, but the food he served was absolutely delicious. Karan's friendly and welcoming attitude made my experience there even better. I can't thank him enough for his great service and the amazing food. If you're looking for a fantastic Taco Bell experience, make sure to ask for Karan. He's also great! They both deserve awards for how they treat every customer. Best taco bell...
