I do appreciate when the baristas recommend me new drinks or to add stuff to my shakes. However, one of the baristas was very persistent on me getting the will power protein shake. The first time I went she did recommend me the drink but I decided just to get what I originally order and while she was taking my payment she did say “well sometimes less is more” but seem thrown off by me not wanting to get the will Power drink? What if the costumer wanted a simple shake because of an upset stomach? And or didn’t want extra protein on that shake? What’s the point of a “choose your grind” then? I went today, ordered a choose you grind and it was the same person. And I guess she recognized my order and said “oh so a will power”?! . The funny thing is, I’ve ordered my drink that way several times and it’s never been a big deal. THE BEST SERVICE & COFFEE! Decided to try this cute coffee shop for the first time & automatically impressed as soon as we got in the drive- thru because of the options & how friendly the young lady taking our order was. She let us know of the special of the day which we just couldn’t say no to (I mean 1 dollar muffins are hard to pass) When we got to the window we were welcomed by MARY & oh my goodness this lady is pure joy in a person! She was beyond sweet & let us know of how all the products are local & how we’re helping local businesses around! As she was handing us our drinks she noticed one of them was incorrect. She apologized & took it back. Seconds later she comes out with the new drink & has upsized it for free! Not expected but so thankful! Mary was the highlight of our day that day. Thank goodness for this locally owned business! I've tried just about every beverage on the menu, and they're all so delicious. My favorite is the Coco Haze with coconut milk and they consistently make it the same, which is wonderful and rare to find. Their alternative milk selection provides EVERYONE the ability to order (literally about every milk you can think of). Drive thru is always fast even with a few cars in it. It's hard not to come visit everyday! Love the customer service and baristas. As example, I had COVID a few months ago and lost my sense of taste and smell, and I thought the soy milk was cows milk. I called and the barista reassured me and even invited me back if I still didn't feel comfortable.
