The slowest fast food restaurant I’ve gone to in my entire life.
It blows my mind how SLOW. You can be the only person in the drive thru at a dead time with no other customers and it will take at LEAST 20 minutes.
Whoever manages this place is doing a horrible job because it’s been consistently like this at least since I’ve lived in the area.
I’m literally typing this from the parking lot where I was told to wait after already sitting for close to 15 minutes.
They said my food was ready but they had to process a refund on my card because their shake machine is broken. I’ve now been in my car for at least 5 more minutes waiting for my food. There’s the guaranteed 20 minute wait for you. Really disappointed. May not come back here after this experience.
Update. After 30 minutes I went inside and they guy showed me a half filled milkshake and said it’s kinda working and I asked him to just refund the shake so I can get my food because I’d already been there for about half an hour and my foods probably already cold. I asked if I can have my food after they refunded the shake and … They mistakenly refunded everything.
I just left. My food had been sitting there for close to 15 minutes and I had plans. So I had to leave and didn’t have time for them to refigure out my order which the guy even read back to me and he was missing parts of my order. I just laughed. I couldn’t handle that level of incompetence without freaking out and thought it would be better to leave a review and encourage everyone to avoid this place at all cost unlessyou have some sort of masochistic fetish. Legitimately the worst.
Also. Another guy waiting in line said he’d been starting at his tacos on the counter for about 10 minutes and they still hadn’t bagged them or addressed him. He also left pissed. So this review is for that guy too.
Also for the person that was smart enough to back out of the drive thru after 5 minutes of nobody coming to the intercom.

Read moreI have a large family, many children adopted out of foster care. I tried to get the buy a large drink get a free Jumbo Jack Diamondbacks deal for 8 of them at the drive-thru today. They took my large, special order (not without some difficulty) but ultimately told me to pull forward to the window. At the window, manager tells me can only do 2 at a time. I asked why wasn't I told that when ordering so I didn't waste the folks behind me's time and would have just gone back 3 more times. Manager said because she was in the bathroom. I asked if it could be fixed if I came inside and she said yes, so I parked and went in. Inside she rings me up for 1 drink, 2 burgers and only removes 1 burger. I said all 8 burgers should be free since I ordered 8 drinks. She said that's not how the deal works and I could still only get 2. I disagreed. They called their manager. I said let me talk to him because, if not now, I definitely would later. Suddenly, I'm told I will be given it "just to get it over with". She couldn't simply correct the first overring without completely refunding the whole ticket and was going to give me back over $9 when I was only due $6. Needless to say, I refused the overage that was not mine. In addition, after all ofvtge grief, when finally sat down to eat at home, half the burgers were not served as special ordered and all were well overcooked and bone dry. Worst JitB experience...
Read moreThis location was very upsetting for me. When I arrived at the drive thru the ordering screen had the windows blue screen so you could not see your order. I gave my order and when I arrived at the window the order was repeated to me. I corrected the employee saying he repeated the order incorrectly. He then proceeded to go to the computer to correct. I paid for my meal and then waited for the food to be given to me. It's a good thing I checked because the order was wrong. I only wanted a jumbo jack with no cheese, no onion, no tomato and easy mayonnaise. I had ordered two jumbo jacks with cheese in addition and only one jumbo jack came correct. The two with cheese had no special instructions. What made me more upset then the wrong order is that when I corrected the order the window in the drive thru was left open and I could hear everything that was said about me. The employee was saying I was complaining about my meal and was making uncalled for and unnecessary comments when I just wanted my meal to be as I ordered it. They eventually fixed my order but I will never go back to this location. If I had not already paid for my food I honestly would have driven off.
