This is solely for the service department as I have never dealt with the sales department. If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my car in for repairs on May 15, I was advised that repairs should take a few days. After 4 days of no communication I called to see how long my car would be in so that I could rent a car. I was told that I would be "taken care of" and that they would get me a rental. Since they didn't know when the parts would be in. After I called Enterprise to get my rental that was promised I was told that they didn't have any order for one. Called the dealer back and was told that since I was out of mileage they couldn't get me a rental, yes I knew that, that's why I had my own rental ready that I cancelled because I would be "taken care of". I go in since they said my car is drivable. I talk to the manager about this. He agrees that this was terrible and they would do better. Surprise they didn't.
5 weeks go by, again 0 communication by the dealership, I called about once a week to see what was going on and always told I'll call you back in 5 minutes, never called back. After getting MOPAR involved, they were a hassle to deal with as well but that's another story, I was finally told by Mopar not the dealer that the parts had finally arrived. Mind you they had lied to Mopar about parts being in a couple of weeks before. I call the service department again to double check that the parts were actually in fact in stock, the service advisor smugly tells me I told Mopar last week we got the parts in and when asked like the last time where you lied to them and the parts weren't there? The service advisor had the audacity to say I'm not doing this back and forth with you. What back and forth? you've never called me once!!! So I bring my car back in and I ask for him to come in and talk with his manager again about this whole experience. As usual he doesn't go in because he knows he can't defend the indefensible.
As I talk with the service manager who says he doesn't remember me, agrees that this has been a mess and he'll switch service writers and he'll take care of things. Again as is now what is usual for this place he doesn't do anything he says. It's no wonder this place is run terrible when the manager can't even be bothered to actually do anything. It starts at the top. I was told my car would be ready in 2 days. As seems to be the story with this place they had my car for over a week again with 0 communication, after calling again and again to try to figure out what is happening I finally get a call back from the service writers whom the manager said was getting switched to advise me my car would be ready the next day. So if we're keeping track my car was awaiting repairs for over 5 weeks with 0 calls, emails or texts (which you provide them with this information ) and them having my car for 12 days with 1 phone call at the end.
So if you want to be jerked around and have no accountability from anyone come to Larry h miller. I genuinely have no idea how they are still in business. Also there is no one above them at the moment from what I'm told, maybe that's why they act the way they do. Absolutely terrible experience from top to bottom. All of this could have been avoided with simple communication 1 call a week, saying sorry we don't have the parts yet, completely understandable but customer service is not a priority. They make it seem like they're doing you a favor by doing their job....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLeased a 2025 Charger Scat Pack in January, this is my 4th Scat Pack since 2016, all purchased at this Avondale location. No issues with the prior (gas) models and the first 6 months of the 2025 were ok. The last 3 months have been terrible and both Dodge and Stellantis couldn't care less. First time my car 'bricked' Aug 5th. Car wouldn't start, towed out of my garage. Dodge wouldn't provide a rental at first due to they had to investigate it wasn't my fault, and couldn't look at it for 3 days. Magically it wasn't my fault and it was the same issue that has plagued all the dodge EV's. Took over a week to replace the 12V battery and push the updates. Fast forward a week and now the car bricked while pulling into a parking spot. Wouldn't go into park, and wouldn't shut off. Error codes galore on the dash. Vehicle had to be towed again (while running). Stranded in 115 heat. Next day Dodge said they had to charge it and investigate, text me (wouldn't call)that they couldn't look at it until the following week! I called about 10 times, no answer so I drove there to see why it would be another week to even look at it. Story changed when I got there and they stated they are trouble shooting then. I talked to the service director, who said they were having a lot of bugs with these cars and not many answers and that I needed to call customer care. Stated he was about to meet with the GM and will bring up issues and maybe they can work something out. Was told to go talk to sales and see what they can do. Since Im a loyal customer and have bought many cars with them they worked with the GM to offer $40k for the car, sticker was $83k lol. GM didn't even walk out or talk to me. I immediately left. Called the next week, the service advisor that was assigned to me was fired and no updates were provided to me, not sure if they even looked at my car for the first 2 weeks. Got it back almost 4 weeks altogether. As I'm waiting for 20 minutes for them to scramble to put notes in the system I overheard other service advisors talk about how bad the culture is and that a 15 year mechanic just quit. They don't care about the workers and definitely don't care about the customers. It didn't surprise me, and they told me they couldn't find out what was wrong with my car and documented in the notes it WILL happen again. Fast forward to yesterday, largest amount of rainfall since 2018. Driving home on the l-10 and the rain starts very hard. My windshield wipers were inop and I was barely able to make it to the side of the road. Had to wait out the wave and pray I didn't get demolished on the highway. Looked at the fuse box this thinking maybe a blown fuse. No it was missing altogether! F82 no fuse!! Changed one out and they work again. Service is terrible, many other issues that showed zero quality or effort. At one point the dealership said they really aren't Dodge but a third party or something along those lines and blamed everything on Stellantis. Bottom line is you're just 1 customer, they could care less if you never buy from them again. Well I won't, and I'd recommend you go somewhere else as well. Whole different set of complaints for Stellantis...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATED REVIEW; NEW BUYER BEWARE. THIS DEALERSHIP FAILED TO INFORM ME THAT THEY ONLY APPLIED FOR TITTLE WITH ADOT. NOT REGISTRATION AS THE APPLICATION SAYS THEY APPLIED FOR TITLE AND REGISTRATION. My first temporary tags expired. All along I was told the tags would be received in the mail. They sent me new temporary tags which will expire on 10-12-25 still leading me to believe these tags would be received in the mail. On the application with ADOT THEY USED A FUTURE UTAH ADDRESS I HAD NOT LIVED AT YET LETTING ME TAKE THE CAR ACROSS STATE LINES LEADING ME TO BELIEVE THE CAR WOULD BE TITLED AND REGISTERED IN UTAH. Utah MVD does not have the title. Or registration. ADOT OF ARIZONA INFORMED ME THE AVONDALE CHRYSLER & JEEP DEALERSHIP DID NOT EVEN CHECK MY ARIZONA ACCOUNT WITH THEM BUT APPLIED FOR A NEW ACCOUNT FOR TITLE ONLY. In my review I said that I felt taken care of walking into this dealership as a lone older female. NOW FINDING OUT 5 MONTHS LATER FROM SPEAKING TO A MANAGER AT THIS DEALERSHIP THAT I AM THE ONE WHO HAS TO APPLY FOR THE TITLE AND REGISTRATION. ASSUMING THE COST OF THIS WHEN I UNDERSTAND ITS CUSTOMARY FOR DEALERSHIPS TO ASSUME THAT COST I THOUGHT FROM MY DOWN PAYMENT PERHAPS. I donāt know how that works. So now I either have to drive back to Arizona to purchase my tags or pay for tittle and registration somehow here in Utah. WHAT OTHER SNEAKY TRICKS MIGHT THIS DEALERSHIP HAVE GOTTEN OVER MY HEAD TO N THIS DEAL? The manager I spoke to on the phone said itās fine and no problem for me to add this negative review. Beware single women or buyers

I purchased a used 2022 Jeep Compass Trailhawk 4X4 Trail rated from Salesman (Ruben Quintero) over this last Memorial Day weekend sales event. I thought I wasnāt help able due to my top heavy loan on my trade in, I didnāt think I could be helped. Mr. Quintero said to come in anyway. As it turned out I decided not to turn in a trade. I could see the wheels turning in this sales persons eyes. Ruben asked what features was I looking for. I specified i was moving back to Utah and I use to own a 2005 Jeep Liberty that was trail rated 4X4 that climbed inclines very well. Before I knew it Mr. Quintero drove up this beautiful 4X4 Trailhawk Compass. This dealer is very skilled with loan resources and had my deal cinched up quickly! WHOA! The performance of this cars 4X4 settings. I took myself and a friend into off road trails at Wasatch Mountain State Park Ut. Ended up on a single lane very Rocky road that had never been on. Placed the vehicle in 4X4 low and downhill setting. The vehicle took over driving. Could hear and computer function sound that seemed to have control of each individual wheel. It navigated the speed over this very rocky terrain with little interference from me. I was amazed. It got us back down to the main road safely. This 2022 only had 20,041 miles on it. Go see Ruben at Jeep Chrysler in Avondale. I am an older woman that has little knowledge about car deals. I was walked through ever step and couldnāt be happier with a salesman that listened to my wished and picked out the l perfect car for me! I highly recommend this dealer and...
