Bought $160 + iron cast cookware three days ago. Tried to use it and after I washed it rusted and a hole in the middle showed up from nowhere. It’s an obvious defective item. A terrible experience when I went there and showed it to the owner. If you do go , don’t buy expensive items. Or if you still buy , please , ask for a return policy or a quality of an item itself . If there is no clear answer given , DO Not buy! the owner herself wasn’t willing to accommodated a reasonable request. As a result , she lost a good customer who just spent close to $700 in one purchase. I felt very unwelcome and unsettled. I’m not going to send my money where I get a Terrible experience….
