I had such a great experience at Bainbridge Gold and Jewelry. I worked with Bryan who was incredibly knowledgeable about precious metals and especially coins. I was waiting to chat with him while he was helping another patron with discerning the types of coins she had. I was utterly fascinated! He was very thorough when examining the various gold pieces I had. He explained everything (type of gold, quality, value, etc...) in great detail. He was very kind and personable and i felt like i was chatting with an old friend. He gave me a very fair offer for my gold and I will definitely be back again! What began as a daunting task was followed by a gently suggested but very disappointing solution elsewhere. A second look took me in the direction I meant to go in the first place but didn't see it: to the small shop with big heart at the end of a short alley. Bryan has such a big and welcoming smile.
