Fabulous 1st time experience! We stopped in to look for a rain jacket & purse as I’m from out of town, headed to Africa & forgot a rain jacket. Not only was the owner exceptionally nice & helpful, finding me just what I needed, but she offered me 10% off when I shared about my trip & that I was going to help refugees. It was generous & kind of her to offer that all on her own, definitely was not expecting that. We enjoyed the shop & the ambience & were pleasantly surprised to find just what I needed! Plum is my favorite boutique on Bainbridge Island. I lost one of my favorite earrings and so re-ordered a pair and they were similar, but larger. I was happy, but there were two surprises in the package. Knowing they were no longer carrying the smaller ones I had, they include yet another pair to make sure I was happy and a beautiful heart soap. Great customer caring! And they shipped very quickly.
