Haberfelde Building — Local services in Bakersfield

This is a nice old building downtown. It's probably haunted but the ghosts must be friendly because everyone else there is.

We went for the escape rooms and the magic shop on the third floor, but we found a wonderful hat shop on the first floor.

We dropped in the paralegal office on the third floor to ask about power of attorney. They did the form right then and took us down the hall to the notary who notarized it for us, and then we were able to make copies at the copy shop on the first floor.

My friends thought the coffee from the coffee place was great, but I don't drink coffee, so I got a soda at the little...

Very well organized including the paralegal services provided I felt very comfortable and assured that my matter would be handled accurately and quickly in the most capable hands. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They also have great services such as the escape room on the third floor which I really truly enjoyed and plan to take more of my family there the haberfield building has definitely caught...

Don’t Rent Here. The elevator’s down all the time, and with multiple floors, that gets old fast. There’s no air conditioning either, so summers are brutal. The cheaper rent isn’t worth the...
