Still waiting on my hair extensions to be returned to me. Stylist held onto them n took them home. Been trying for months to get my very expensive hair extensions returned to me. Very surprised by her behavior. May have to file with the courts to either get my hair returned to me or the money i had paid for them. Very sad and disappointing she was a great hair stylist. Understand she been on maternity leave. But this has gone on too long and now no responses. They all seemed very professional. Had a great experience with them till this. Will be including the salon in my civil suit if hair isn't returned. Have been trying for a year or more now. Stylist stopped returning my text messages. Kinda heartbreaking to end this way. Do NOT go to this salon! Salina dyed my hair & completely chopped off my hair after dyeing it!!!! She said my hair was dead and then after I told her that it was way too short , she then said this hair cut is in! We told her we didn't ask for what was in! I went there to get my hair dyed not for a hair cut there was no need to cut my hair! I did not ask for her to cut it! I’ve came here a couple of times to get a hair cut they have always done a great job. I absolutely love Michelle is now my go to stylist she always provides excellent service and gives me exactly what I ask for. I got my nails done here for the first time today by Roxy, and she did an amazing job. Roxy took her time and is very detailed with her work. Love it here will definitely be returning.
