It's not a terrible store but what instantly makes me hate this particular store is one employee who always seems to be there when I'm there. I don't know his name nor do I care if he gives you his opinion or any other persons opinion on any of your items you want to purchase do not listen. He will try to convince you to get something else. I wanted a crystal red 2ds it's based off the original cartridge for Pokemon Ruby my favorite game. "You don't want it," is the first thing he said. First thing rude. Secondly no matter what type of salesperson you are if someone is looking for something specific don't tell them something like that. You don't need to know why I want it not do I care for your opinion on the item. I wanted it so convince me to get it then and there. Another thing was that I asked if they has the gold silver or bronze wired Xbox one controller that they sold on Black Friday, "they're not good." Again rude and that's how it continued and when I revisited the store he's doing the same crud to other customers. A mom was looking to buy a racing game for her son who probably wanted that specific racing game, "no don't get it. It's not as good as this one." The only time when I will say okay that's fair was when he convinced someone to buy destiny the taken king instead of the regular destiny. That's smart because the game is a complete rip off if you buy the regular but every other time I couldn't stand hearing him talk to customers. So for everyone's sake if you visit this specific store and you'll know who he is, the moment you enter the store ignore him. Don't listen to his criticism just get...
Read moreFix your workers attitude. Hispanic worker working on March 16th, 2025 was horrible to us. Went in to ask about an item, right away started with his attitude. Told us the item wasnât there even though it was sitting on the shelf right next to him. We told him the item was right behind him and he said it was a wristwatch and he doesnât know anything about it, so itâs not his fault. If you work there shouldnât you know what things are? He then questioned us about playing the game and said we were horrible for still playing the game after stuff about the creator came out. We said we just liked the game, we didnât care about the creator. After this he continued to verbally attack us with everything. Clear he just wanted to fight which is sad. Even if he was having a bad day it wasnât okay to be that way. Never shop here man. Sad that GameStop allows their employees to treat their customers in such ways. The Caucasian guy working with him was nice. He tried to make the situation better. He should be a manager and the other should be...
Read moreWent in to this Gamestop a little less than an hour ago. Worker asked if we needed help. I told him no we wanted to look first. He asked if I was sure. I said absolutely. My husband asked about a specific game coming out and I stated that in my opinion some people are too impatient these days. They want the new game as soon as it comes out, not a day later. I know my husband does, lol. I didn't say it was a bad thing, just my opinion. The guy proceeds to tell me "I'm gonna push back on that" and tells me it's not impatient it's not wanting to wait any longer. (Pretty sure that means impatient). This guy then proceeded to blatantly argue with every single thing I said after that no matter what it was. Even argued with me on what game I personally already bought at Toys R Us. At that point there was no way I was going to buy anything out of there. We left and bought the games we wanted at Wal-Mart instead. I will never go to that...
