Okay if you look back at all my other reviews I rarely give a bad review. I try to look for something positive in most things in life. But the last couple of times we've eaten at Red Robin they've not been enjoyable. The last time we visited there which was just a few days ago, again we got routed to the bar instead of into the dining area. Seems like the last three times we've been there they immediately want to sit us in the bar. It's very noisy in there, they typically don't have enough servers in the bar. So the server that is taken care of you is rushed and anxious. The young man that waited on us as last time I'm going to say I pray his attitude was because of just that, of being short staffed and struggling to keep up with everyone that was there to be served. When we sat down we waited quite a while before anyone came and asked us if we wanted something to drink. It was a very rushed question and then it took a while before the drinks arrived. When he served our drinks no straws no sugar or sweetener for the tea no spoon to stir the tea. And when we ask for the sweetener I promise you the boy rolled his eyes like really I have to go get that? Makes you not want to order tea while you're there and have to put him out getting sweetener or sugar. And then it took quite a while before he came back and asked for our order. He seemed in a hurry, like hurry up and order I got a million things to do in a hurry. We ordered and then we waited, we waited, we waited... Then the food arrived. We both ordered burgers, the meat on my burger was warm the bun was cold. And my never-ending batch of fries included 12 french fries. My partner's Plate only had 9. Heaven forbid we didn't want to ask for more, will probably be another 15 minute wait. The flavor of the burgers were both fine except for being slightly cold. Getting a refill on either one of the drinks was never offered. Then he very gladly gave us our ticket. My partner got out his credit card then the server quickly appeared and told us that the unit that you pay on at the table was not working, and took the credit card to go charge it for the bill. We tipped according to the service. Honestly I think that will be our last trip to Red Robin after many many years of going there. Like I said the last few times we've gone in there they immediately want to set us in the bar. Just because we're senior citizens doesn't mean sitting in a bar is where we want to be. Neither one of us drink alcohol, nor do we need all the noise that's in there. we just wanted to sit down and relax and have a couple burgers. There's plenty other places in the mall to eat. We don't have to go to Red Robin. Sorry to give such a sad review, but maybe some retraining would be good idea. Even the people that greet us at the front door are in such a hurry 2 push us towards the bar they don't even give you the option to say I would rather eat in the...
Read moreMy wife and I have been going to Red Robin for several years now. It's our favorite place to eat. We've gotten to know most of the serving and management staff there, and consider them friends. Many of them even remember our names and what we usually order. So, the service is warm and friendly. The food is really good. The burgers are very tasty and there's a large variety of flavors and meats and veggies type burgers. So, anyone can find the burger that suits their taste preferences. (Gluten free is available, too) I've tried many of the burgers and never had a bad experience. They're tasty, juicy, and plenty big. Most of the burgers are in the vicinity of $15, plus or minus. But, they include bottomless fries, too. And speaking of fries....NOBODY has better fries than Red Robin. I've OD'd on those things way too many times. They're so good. And, they also serve Donato's pizzas. I was reluctant to try a pizza in a burger place, but I tried one just to satisfy my curiosity. Wow! I got the one called Serious Meat, and it was stellar! I couldn't believe how good it was. It was LOADED with several types of meat and really tasty. They cut it into smaller squares so it's really easy to eat and share, if you're willing to part with any of it. One last thing.... the chocolate fudge cookies are the best I've ever seen. You get five cookies in an order and they're big cookies. They just melt in your mouth with fudge and cookie goodness. And, they freeze really well. They're always in our freezer and we heat them briefly in the microwave and they taste fresh and never fail to satisfy. Also, Red Robin has a bar, if you want to order any harder stuff than soft drinks. I could say more, but you get the idea. This is a great and fun place to eat with a great variety of food to please anyone's palate. ...
Read moreI visited the restaurant on 7/28/25 around 6pm. I joined a small party for dinner. The service was good. The waitresses were very polite and accommodating. No issues at all with the staff. The food I got was alright. I got the chicken tenders because the food doesn’t always agree with me at Red Robin. That’s more on my stomach than the actual restaurant. Everything would have been fine but my main complaint is that the men’s restroom was disgusting. I’ve been in gas stations and park restrooms that looked cleaner. There was a huge puddle of something under one of the urinals. There was a bug wad of paper towels on top of it like a customer probably tried to cover it up. The toilet had liquid all over it and paper all over the floor. The floor was wet and so was the sink. Since the handles are not motion sensor, I had to touch the nasty looking handle to turn the sink on. Luckily there was soap. I didn’t think there was going to be soap because there was a huge spill of it right under the dispenser. Luckily again, the paper towel dispenser was motion and was working. I was pleasantly surprised that there were towels in there despite the trash can being full to near over flowing. I was there for about an hour with the group I was with and I had to use the restroom just before I left and I was upset that the restroom had not been checked or cleaned by that time. I don’t know if they have a policy but most restaurants are supposed to check the restrooms every 15 minutes or so.
It felt gross to see the birthday boy get his free dessert. Because they draped him with a toilet seat cover and coffee filter hat. Which would have been more funny if I didn’t see the restroom. I hope they didn’t grab that cover from the restroom. I did need to use the restroom but I refused to go a second time because it...
