This company has been a nightmare I Purchased a storage bed for my son on February 21st. march 5th. 2 Delivery drivers arrived at my home to bring the bed but 1 driver tried to make it seem as if the company does not set up the furniture and implied that I give him a tip to set up the bed. After the bed was set up I was informed that the head board was broken and that I would need to contact customer service to receive a new bed. contacted furniture lands customer service in regards to the broken bed and was informed that they would put in an order and that they should have the head board piece by Friday march 7th. I called customer service on march 7th at approximately 4:30 to inquire about the headboard where I was informed that the piece had not arrived on this shipment and my shipment would have to be pushed out another week for the next Friday. I made several calls that next week to the service department to find out what was going on with my order when I was informed once again that the head board had not been ordered as promised and would be pushed back yet another week.I informed the claims associate and manager that’s I could not keep leaving work or anticipating a delivery date when there company has done a terrible job of communicating being that I have been having to contact them to get updates on this whole process. March 24th I left work early to have a technician come out to fix the headboard After taking the headboard apart and out of my house I was informed by the technician that the headboard he was given was the wrong size and he was informed to put the broke bed back together and that I would be contacted by customer service. I have not heard from customer service or a manager as requested. The bed is cracked in several areas and the drawers are misaligned. communication from this company is terrible and I just want my money back there is no reason I should have to keep a broke bed with no resolution from the company to fix their mistake. Read moreWe were able to find a lot of options for the style of dining room table we needed for our kitchen area. Our space for a table is defined and rather small, so we had to be careful regarding measuring. We received amazing help from Liz and we were able to find just the right table/chairs.
The price was fairly reasonable, but they do not list the price with the taxes and delivery charges. I would recommend that the price cards be a little more transparent to include all prices, maybe even an all-in price. The initial delivery charge was outrageous, especially considering we live about 5 minutes from the store. We were able to come to an agreement that was much more fair.
The table was required to be ordered, so it took a couple weeks for us to receive the table, but that is rather quick. I only say this so if someone is reading this they can plan ahead for their purchase because you likely won't be able to take something home that day.
I was able to set up the delivery date and received a text the day prior for a 4-hour window for delivery. I spoke with the store as 4 hours is excessive. I can't wait at home and miss 1/2 a day's work just for furniture delivery. We were able to figure something out so that I missed a shorter amount that would up being just a little more than a lunch break. When Leo & Juan arrived for the delivery, the furniture was in boxes and required that they assemble it after arriving. They were able to get everything together fairly quickly and set up with no issues. They were there for about an hour and were very friendly and professional.
I recommend Furniture Land. Make sure you go with a good knowledge of your space. Everything seems smaller while you are in the store and you want to be certain what you purchase is not too large...

Our purchase process went smoothly, and we were satisfied with the price until it came time for delivery. After eight weeks of anxiously waiting for a custom sectional, we discovered that the salesperson had ordered the wrong size, wrong color, and overall the wrong item. We were extremely upset and decided to speak with the store manager, Caroline.
We are truly grateful for Caroline. She understood our situation, was very professional and kind, and did everything in her power to rectify this unfortunate circumstance. Outcustom sectional was delivered last week, even the delivery people were very professional (Victor & Martin) polite, very clean and organize. I would highly recommend Furniture Land to anyone, mistake happened. but it's very rare when a store manager goes over beyond to make sure that things get corrected and the customers happy and satisfied like Caroline did, we are definitely going back for future...
