They refused to give me a refund for 4 bags of the recalled Victor Dog food so instead they gave me store credit which I didn’t want cause I didn’t want to get whatever dog food brand they offered so I didn’t have no choice but to get it since they told me they “couldn’t” give me a full refund. So I was going to end up paying $14+ more plus the store credit (which was around $230+) for 5 bags of dog food I thought it was a good deal because I was going to have 5 bags instead of 4. But I didn’t want it cause it had less protein than the puppy food of that brand they recommended. So I corrected them and told them I wanted the other bag which was for adults and puppies. Turns out that bag cost more than the other bag SO they REFUNDED me the $14+ (which they told me I couldn’t get a refund for but only store credit). So instead of 5 bags, I ended up with 4 bags again but with a different brand that I didn’t want in the first place. So then since I thought both bags cost the same, they wanted to charge me $40+ for the extra bag so I told them no just take a bag out since I already felt frustrated and bamboozled. Needless to say, they could’ve given me a full refund since they refunded me my $14+ because of the bag mix-up (which by law they had to because I returned recalled items) but didn’t because they wanted to keep my money instead. I was a loyal customer but after this, I am hesitant to shop there again. I’m very disappointed cause I wanted to support my local community pet store instead of going to a brick-and-mortar pet store but instead, they just wanted to keep my money.

P.S. I called them before all this happened. I told them I bought 4 bags of Victor Dog food and they had the nerve to tell me I had to take it up with the brand and call the company BUT the news specifically said whoever sold you the dog food HAS TO GIVE YOU A REFUND, not the company itself so that’s when they didn’t had no choice BUT to refund me but when I got to the store they were saying “oh well we can only give you store credit” which I knew they were already lying. I’d rather drive to a Tractor Supply than to deal with them again. At least Tractor Supply will honor their return policy rather if it’s a recall or not. If only they would’ve given me a full refund, I wouldn’t have wrote this review and kept on supporting them but it is what...

Its always clean, they always have what we need and the staff is knowledgable if you have any questions they will point you in the right direction, every time we go there they have been very helpful.
