If I could give 0 stars I would. I went into the store and NO ONE greeted me. I was the only one in the store. Once I got around to checking out, I went up to the front. All 4 or 5 employees were standing on one side by the register so I went to where they were. Again, no one said a word to me. One girl told me to that I would need to go down to the other register so I said ok. I put the basket on the counter and took the acrylic powder out of my basket in a rush so it accidentally slammed in the counter (I was trying to keep my toddler from getting away from me). The girl at the register who was checking me out made a face after I put the acrylic on the counter (I’m assuming she thought I slammed it on purpose). After I noticed her weird facial expression she asked if I had an account and I proceeded to give my number. I then asked her if there was a problem and she said I slammed the power the counter and I told her I was rushing trying to grab my child from going through the products they had by the register. After this an argument ensued and I matched THEIR energy. Then all of the employees came over like they were going to jump on me. After all of this, they refused to sell me the product and at that point, I didn’t want to give them my money anyway. Then they followed me outside and said I was hitting their car on purpose with my car door while I’m trying to put my child in the car. After they followed me outside, other customers were coming inside the store at the same time and they’re still arguing with me OUTSIDE in front of other customers after I left from inside the store. This was my first and last time visiting this establishment. They have a variety of products to choose from. My issue first is that they charge you 3.5% to use a credit card, Apple Pay or Tap to Pay. So I used debit to save the extra money. I honestly don’t like using my PIN # in stores. Before I left I noticed they had nail drill bits. They didn’t have the set I wanted for $9.99 so the Hispanic woman with the dark hair tried to offer me a $24.99 drill bit set. Yeah I understand trying to upsell but that’s not what I asked for. Then she tells me they don’t have it in stock. Those are for display only. Ok cool. I really only need one drill bit. I ask for the #30 which clearly has a price tag of $5.99 each under all of the set. I look at other drill bits and tell her I will get that one only. She rings it up and says $8.65. I said that some high tax. She says that’s it $7.99. I’m like maybe I looked at the wrong set then. I walk over after I gave her cash this time and sure enough the price tag says $5.99. I show her and she said “oh, that’s wrong”. I said well since your price says $5.99 that’s what I should pay. She responds with no sorry and proceeds to peel the price tag from below the drill bits. I told her cool, I won’t be coming back here to shop. The blonde Hispanic said “have a blessed day”. I said you as well I’m still not shopping here again. Update: I still love this place, however I believe tonight I was accidentally overcharged on rhinestones. The aisle shows $3.99 for all rhinestones - however this doesn't match the price on the labels they scan and they have to manually adjust them each time someone checks out. I was talking to the girls while checking out so it was probably unintentional because we were all distracted with the conversation, and unfortunately already threw away my receipt. But three sets of rhinestones I bought were marked at $9.99-$10.99. I added everything up I bought by the price tags and it seems I was charged the label price for them, not the advertised price. Unsure if there is a way to check this at the store with my phone number but if there is please reach out and let me know!
