Starbucks — Restaurant in Ballwin

Went to get drinks for my mom and I. Ordered a pink drink and iced caramel macchiato, nothing too crazy. The cashier was talking to one of her friends that “showed up to say hi” that didn’t even work there and was having a conversation with her while i was trying to tell her my order. My drink comes out and it’s completely white and the cold foam i added in too is chunky. i work for starbucks so i know if you wait a while it will get like that but i had been waiting in the store so it was fresh. I let it go but then she gave me the “macchiato” for my mom and it looked like a latte. I told her id like it remade and she remade it the exact same way. Then she held up the two cups together and said “they look the same”. My drink tasted like straight coconut milk and my mom said hers tasted disgusting too. When I walked into the store, there was no customer but I didn't receive a greeting from any of the staff. One staff member was training another and they didn't acknowledge my presence at first. After a couple of minutes, the staff member doing the training told me to wait a few minutes because they are doing training and made some orders, speaking in a cold tone. I felt unwelcomed and didn't appreciate having to wait while they noticed me but continued their training. After waiting for a few minutes, I realized I couldn't wait any longer and decided to leave. Avoid as much as possible! Kept me waiting at the counter for 15 mins. Kept dropping things and spilling stuff while making the order before mine. And then after 15 mins of wait tells me they don’t have the drink. Only that she just made the exact same drink right before me. No apologies, nothing which is plain rude. Staff is not friendly.
