I visited the SSA Baltimore Hearing Office on 12/4/23. The Admiral Security Officer had a nasty and rude disposition. Upon my arrival I pulled on the door to open it but realized it was locked. I then knocked on the door and looked inside through the window I could not see anyone so I knocked again. The Security officer finally came to the door and asked what I needed. I advised and she said she would check th with the receptionist but before closing the door she asked if the door wS locke I responded that is was. While she was away I wondered why she asked that question. Upon her return I asked her what did she mean by asking me if the door was locked. She said that if it's locked don't continue pulling on it. I told her that I did not continue to pull on the door. I told her that she was rude and that if she was doing her job she would have heard my first knock on the door if she was at her desk. She tells me I just want to argue, I told her that was not the case and that she is not going to talk to me like I am a child. Where do you find this type of help! I reached out to the main telephone number for Admiral but you cannot get a live person. The answering service states to press 0 to reach the operator but you never get an operator it just repeats the message. I was able to leave a message for the VP but he did not bother to follow up. I also sent an inquiry for the HR department but no one followed up. I carry myself in a mannerable way and will not tolerate being treated with such disrepect. I encourage you to visit various locations and interact with the Admiral staff unannounced prior to hiring this company. They are charging you $60 per hour and hiring $10 per hour staff and not giving training or holding them...
Read moreI am a paying customer and was fined for parking in the wrong area without a warning. I called Admiral Enforcement and explained that I was unaware that my car was parked in the wrong area.
I moved it and sent an email explaining the situation. I just moved into my condo 3 weeks ago and had not been told where to park so I assumed I should park near my condo entrance.
They refused to void the ticket.
I will most definitely be cancelling my subscription and finding a new GATED garage to keep my vehicle safe.
