I could've went to a bigger chain for my order but I like to stay local and support small businesses. Sometimes it pans out, and other cases like today and for this business, it did not. My father passed away and this was the first Valentine's Day my mom had to spend without him. I placed an order a week in advance and was guaranteed delivery by a certain time. The order was close to $100.00 after asserting a $32 delivery fee. The day my order was set to arrive, I called at noon to check the status and spoke with the owner. She said my order was on the truck for delivery then said oh never mind, its still at the shop. I asked if it would still arrive by 2:00 P.M. and was again assured it would. Safe to say the order never arrived. When I called back at 3:00 P.M. to lodge my complaint, I was advised the flowers were still in fact, sitting at the shop. They would deliver later on in the day. Mind you, I had them set for business delivery. They close at 4pm.
So I paid a $32.00 delivery fee for what? Also, when I called at Noon, they had ample time and notice, in case my order fell through the cracks, to rectify the situation. They also could've just been honest and told me the delivery time frame would not happen and offer a refund. I could've made other arrangements and had time to salvage the rest of the afternoon.
I am highly disappointed in the turn of events. I understand mistakes happen but for the owner to realize an order missed a delivery truck and had ample time to rectify the situation and still try to brush it off, is unprofessional.

I want to start out saying my wife loved the flowers i got her. She said they are beautiful. I was referred by a big company in the Timonium area that uses them quite often. The problem is, when i ordered them i requested them to be delivered by noon. when i received the invoice i notice they had typed the date wrong so i called right a way and they stopped the driver from delivering and changed it( Again, Mistakes happen) but when i called at 3:10 to see when they would be delivered, i was told they were delivered hours before hand. I called my wife to verify, and they were not delivered.. So to sum it up, The surprise anniversary flowers for my wife were no longer a surprise. This is very disappointing , when you pay good money for something and services you expect good products and good services.. i really did not want to write this review because, again, the flowers where beautiful, but the surprise was one of the biggest parts and that was ruined.. i will be looking elsewhere next time
So I changed my review to one star because of the ignorant comment below.. I called literally 10 minutes after placing the online order yesterday to see if it was possible to deliver before noon.. i have no issues up to being told my flowers were delivered when they were not..and the owner says I ruined the surprise? Read moreI really expected a better service... I ordered a deluxe bouquet (the middle between the cheapest and the most expensive version of a flower composition), with delivery for 12/1. Deluxe is pricey, but it looked like it was worth it. Got an invoice on a Saturday morning that delivery date was 11/28, panicked that they got it wrong, started calling the store to make sure flowers would be delivered on 12/1 as ordered, but no one was answering the phone. I get that officially your store is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but you created the invoice on your day off with a wrong date and no way for me to contact you?? Realized no one would pick up and wrote an email. 12/1 was a Tuesday and NO ONE felt it was necessary to contact me back at all (even on a working Monday) to simply make sure the things were right/wrong and to confirm the dates. At the end, flowers were delivered on the correct date. I felt there was no customer care at all. And the flowers on the website look much better than what was delivered. For $115 dollar order I, as a customer, was not taken care of when the store made a date mistake on the invoice, my calls and an email were not replied to, and the flowers delivered were not worth the price I paid. Very disappointed.
