Chase House Apartments — Local services in Baltimore

I Whent there Monday and yes it look nice from what i did see and look clean it's just the ppl that work there all hade a big attitude like they did not want to help do nothing the security lady was Kool but the ppl in the Office naw tof they don't like there job quit and find something u like bec she almost got Cussed out siting there just trying look good like Ian not doing nothing today send me to the other lady and the other lady tell me come back like y'all been giving me the run around for 2 weeks But Iam going back down there today when the lady i need to see or whoever they tell me wait for bec they not working today but they siting at work make no sense to me smh. Well update how my second visit go today 🫤😒. Ppl don't care if u need a place to live bec they already have a home to go to . If you don't like your job leave it's ppl out here that will love to work ....if i remember there name i would have said it for sure so y'all can...

I normally don’t write reviews let alone review them, but after my experience at the Chase House, I couldn’t resist. From the door front to the exit, it was very clean. The staff there were extremely professional and courteous. But what really did it for me was Mrs Pam.
