Good early morning. It's been a while, but I am a man of my word. And I wanted to give a shout out to ya Stephanie just as I promised. To keep it absolutely honest with anyone seeing this review , I am with another company right now. However, that's only because I got a sweetheart deal that I could not refuse from someone (that I'll respectfully not promote here ) welcoming and wanting me back. With that said I absolutely recommend Stephanie and her crew and would have stayed otherwise.

From the short time that I dealt with her she was always friendly, hands-On and never hesitated to get back with you with a sense of urgency or answer any questions or concerns that you may have had. I literally felt guilty pulling away, but again it's only because I got a sweetheart deal that works for me. And if it ever fell through, I would absolutely look forward to doing business with her again as I legitimately felt like she would have had my best interest at heart.

For the cynical, no Bots or compensation here, but rather just keeping it real. So real in fact that I literally went back to find this link and leave this review because I promised her that I would definitely give my honest opinion and feelings about how I was treated with her. And it was weighing on my mind that I never did. So you can take from it what you will, but considering that I have already admitted that I am with another company, there's no reason for me to blow smoke up any of your butts. You were legit awesome Stephanie, and If circumstances change, I will be back. And I certainly hope that you're the one that I would have the pleasure to once again business with. When I contacted State Farm on 3/2/21 to purchase insurance, everything was fine. I paid my first payment that was almost $400.00, however, I was insured. I called back on 3/9/21 to cancel with State Farm because I had found a cheaper quote that was offering more coverage. She was very short with me, however, I thought it was because it was close to the time to go home (I know how that can be). It is now 4/15/21 and I have yet to receive my refund. I called every Week and was lied to about the date the check was mailed. Then she blamed it on the postal service, in which I could understand if I wasn't receiving multiple letters from State Farm. I asked to speak to someone higher and I was assured I would be called back. Well, no call back. I called again today from my cell, no answer. Hung right up and called from my job and got an answer. I was told I would receive a call back, but I refused, I will hold for however long it takes since I seem to never get called back. When she returned, I was told a "new" check was reissued 4/7/21. That is Unacceptable. I have been kind and courteous and yet, still get lied to and services prolonged. I do not like writing negative reviews, but no one would get me over to a Supervisor or Lead so I was left with no choice. I hope no one have to ever go...

I've been w this insurance company for over 3 years now and Steven Landau has personally helped my daughter and I in everything dealing w our insurance claims, to all our paperwork and explaining everything down to the last detail whenever we don't understand something. Steven has personally been very professional in everything he does when explaining our insurance to us, he's always very soft spoken and very outgoing. He's very professional from the time he answers the phone and very courteous when getting off the phone as well. I highly recommend Steven to do your insurance sales, claims, auto,home, life and anything that needs insurance on. He's the go to guy for everything dealing w insurance. Steven has great patience when explaining anything dealing w this insurance. Please personally ask for him Steven Landau at State Farm Thank Steven for helping me & my daughter Sierra whenever we had a question or problem just thank you for all your hard work you do for us and everyone else at this company.
