I visited this shop for the first time today after a couple of weeks of being very impressed with the different flavors of e-liquid my roommate kept coming home with and letting me try. And now I'm doubly impressed!! The selection of flavors is quite generous and the sheer number of choices can feel a bit overwhelming, but when I told the lady behind the counter that I was looking to try out a new flavor so I would like to see and sample some liquids in the $10-$15 range, a smaller bottle just in case I get tired of the new flavor quickly. This immediately helped narrow down my choices, thankfully, to a shelf full of flavors from a company called TWIST E-LIQUIDS. The friendly, patient employee then read off the names on these smaller 60ml bottles, and then allowed me to try one that sounded good to me by smelling it and tasting a drop I put on my finger. It was delicious, so I made my selection and then asked if they had a loyalty program I could sign up for since I will definitely be a frequent patron now and I may as well get reward points for whatever I buy! I've gotten free bottles and coils many times in the past from Vape Dojo's program, but I no longer live close to them, so 529 Vapes will now be my "home" vape shop! 529 Vapes/Cloud Chasers is a nice place to shop, when we have been there it has a friendly neighborhood vibe, and a clean and organized environment. The selection of nicotine juices and equipment is excellent, as is the customer service. We dont use cannabis/cbd related products but it appears they have a large selection in that category as well. Chloe is knowledgeable and friendly, does a good job of welcoming and managing the number of customers that come in, and the place typically has a flow of customers and at least 2 staff helping out. On our most recent visit we picked up a selection of juices that we preordered through Chloe, who called us to let us know they had come. We purchased over 200 worth of supplies that day and Chloe made sure we were not going to leave without any necessary parts. My bf bought me the Smok mag solo and it has been a wonderful change from my years old mod, and I am very happy with the new flavor I'm using, Country Clouds strawberry cornbread pudding, and a few of our go to's like TNT and Cuttwood varieties. Thank God, I ended up calling there before making the fatal mistake of making a 40 minute trip there to make it purchase cause they be giving attitude for literally no reason ! Just called there & a female answered the phone at 10:43 PM on Sunday with Extremely annoyed “Yes?!”… No a hello, no greeting whatsoever! I literally had to ask if it was the vape store to which I got a resounding and still quite annoyed “ yessss!!” I said OK Figuring that the girl probably has hemorrhoids, I just said “oook?”
