Tried to shop local! It's a bummer.. My husbands redwing boots need repaired for work this winter and the gentleman that answered the phone was an absolute jerk. I even said I'd be right down for him to look at them and give me a quote, I had no problem with him being a month out. The lining of one of my work boots separated from the leather at the heel causing my boot to squeak when I walked. I took it to the Cobbler's Bench for repair. After more than a moth of waiting I stopped in and was told to buy some super glue and fix it myself. Guess where I wont be going back to nor will I be recommending this...
