If I could give zero stars I would. Went there for the first time in years and was surrounded by women who would give you an attitude if you so much as asked a question. I had one older lady, whose tag said she had worked there 21 years, giggle at my husband and I when my card didnât go through. Needless to say the reason why the card did not go through was an error on her part (I was clearly using Apple Pay and she assumed I was swiping my card) the same woman stood around me watching while I shopped like she was watching to see if I was going to steal (not sure where this assumption came from as I was wearing my teaching badge and wasnât acting suspicious in anyway) As soon as I finished shopping, which was cut early due to me being uncomfortable with her standing over my shoulder, she walked up front. There was another woman off the clock who was practically yelling that she wanted to get out of there Because she had stayed too late and was over it. The younger woman at the pick up counter also was rude, which wasnât surprising at that point. It was so apparent that my husband and I left within 10 minutes when we had planned to shop for school for both our children. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Will definitely not return. Side Note, when I went to go pick up my item it had sent to a store in Pennsylvania. This was probably on the screen when the barcode was scanned by the woman at the pick up counter, but she did not tell me and sent me to a box that had nothing of mine in it.    Read moreI don't go to Kohl's a lot and know several people who really enjoy this. If you read my reviews, I typically give great reviews. However based on my limited (for a reason) experience with this company, I cannot do that. I called around Christmas time to see if they had an item that I had accidentally purchased online and had sent there. I was on my way to the mall and was going to pick it up as my husband decided that we were going to keep it. The female associate sounded annoyed with me when she answered, but I ignored that as I understand the chaos of holidays. Then in mid-sentence, she put me on hold with no warning. Then, when I got to the store, I was confused where to go. Wasn't greeted, was not acknowledged as I walked through the store looking at where to go since I have never purchased anything on Kohl's website before. I found an older worker and told her I was looking for pickup, she looked at me confused, no smile and said, "WHAT?" Like I spoke a foreign language. I said, "where do I pickup online orders?" She said, "up front" and I was on my way even more annoyed at how I inconvenienced her. When I get to the front, there is a woman (sounded like phone lady) who was taking care of the only other two people in the entire store (can't say they were busy) and a gentleman assisting the other.    Read moreIf I could rate as a -1 I would. Reason being ( and I will update once it is done) My daughter got a gift card for school clothes for school. Part of the order was shipped to this store. Being a very low income family I had only 1 trip I could make to pick up her items that for some reason had to be shipped to the store. I called the day before 8/7/22 to make sure it was there attendant informed me it had all came in. I informed them that I would be in tomorrow 8/9/22 and pick them up explained that I had finally gotten a ride to get there. When I got to the store the lady informed me that the items had been picked up on 8/7/22 at 4 pm and at which time I informed her we had not picked them up and how we only was able to make 1 trip because of no ride and no extra money to make another trip. I was informed that they were going to have to check the cameras to see who picked it up and it could take up to two weeks to do this. Wondering why it would take two weeks is beyond me so now my daughter is missing some of her school clothing and I am extremely dissatisfied with this store.
