Spend 50 dollars on a finch. AGAIN. yes I said again. The first time, I order 2 of them and the woman clipped their wings (which she shouldn't have done and wasn't supposed to ) my birds die. They give me birds to replace these birds. They have been given only the food and stuff they gave me after. They wind up dead. I order another a week ago. It's dead. They now have a 14 day policy if something happens but they fail to tell you that if the animal dies, you have to take a picture of the dead animal laying there as proof that the animal is dead... are you joking? Who in their right mind would be sitting there with their child upset crying that their animal is dead and take a picture and think about needing that dead animal picture as proof for a warranty... these birds are from a bad breeder apparently. I have had a finch for years thay has lived & no issues. Only the finches from this store. & now they refuse to replace the bird or refund me because I didn't think about taking a picture of a dead animal while my kid was upset. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never shop here again.
EDIT +UPDATE When you call to speak they act ignorant like that have no idea what in the world you're talking about. The male says, I've only been here a month so I don't know. Okay... so find someone who does know something?? I was just told by my partner that today he was argued with about it and told they've only special ordered 3 birds this year, that's odd since I got the first 2 birds in February or March. Which then was given birds to replace them because I had such a hard time with their wings being clipped and they died. I was given a small purple cage to try to doctor the birds they hurt by clipping the wings and the girl was fired for doing it. So that equals 4 birds already. This is now the 5th. Now they may not have ordered 3 separate orders of birds because when they ordered the first bird for mem they called and told me they sent more than was initially ordered and said I'd get a deal if I took 2. So I took 2. Which died from wings being clipped and falling everywhere. Then was given 2 to replace. Now I pay for another since they have died. And it dies a week later and refused a refund or replacement because I didn't take a picture of...
Read moreVery displeased with the service provided by Ashley. My animal sat in a cage at least for one hour before being serviced, while the groomer took an hour lunch with a scheduled appointment at 3. Upon arrival for the appointment a tad early, I was informed she had to take a lunch I could leave her at three or bring her back at 3:30 I left her with the groomer at 3 and after walked around the store for an hour under the impression it would be a standard 30 min lunch and still did not see the groomer again before finally leaving at 4. At the time of the appointment was told the price would be 65$ and then waiting an additional hour upon my return she was still not dry and the price was going to be 100$. I talked the manager of the store and she informed me that she would discount me because the groomer shouldn’t have made me wait for her lunch especially with a appointment and casually informed me that they put a bag over her head and held her down because she hissed was informed that there was a special handling charge and a matted hair charge even though the groomer Ashley was informed at the time of the appointment because of her hair texture that she had matted hair and was the reason we are getting her cut and was included in the 65$ price not to mention The groomer had a bad attitude was not nice to me or my animal once receiving the animal she was not cut the way she was supposed to and was informed she had fleas which she didn’t have before because she is a inside cat and gets flea medicine the first of every month and lives with no other animals. When asked if they flea bathed her to get the flea eggs off her the manager said no they didn’t so had to bath her when taken home absolutely waste of time and...
Read moreI have trouble getting down in my shower to bath my lab mix. But self service grooming was in hurricane and that's a drive with gass prices. So I was very happy to have one put in closer. There shampoo was good I used oatmeal they did have desheding sensitive and one for smell. I used the oatmeal and smell mixed and they were good shampoos. Of course you can bring your own. My two critics I have are they have tiled step up into the wash basin and the steps are quite large. For my dog who is 14 years old with a former CCL injury she slipped on the tile maybe some non slip grips on the step and floor. Also for myself my dog sometimes can't jump or step well because of her injury she is weakened from it. A movable ramp for large older dogs. Now this in no way will prevent me from bringing my dog back for another wash. The place was clean nice and stocked well. And I'm sure most people unless they have a mobility issue with there animal wouldn't notice what I did. Not criticism just something for the owner/management to look at and think on. They also have a small animal washing station which will save your back for the...
