I'm a semi regular here on weekends, so I've a pretty significant number of visits to give a review. I've eaten at at a lot of IHOP sites, but this one would be at the top of my list. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive and efficient. Even with the Sunday morning crowd, we were seated within 15 minutes and promptly greeted by our waitress within a couple of minutes. After taking our order, I watched the process as the order was given to the kitchen. Where we sat gave me a good view of the line cooks, of which there were 5 or 6.....and they were hustling!! In the meantime, the wait staff were staying busy clearing tables, refilling drinks, and delivering the food. It was a pleasure to watch such efficiency in the operation. The food? I had the country fried steak breakfast, and my only issue was the steak was very dry. Everything else was outstanding. There are several eateries in that area to choose from, but this IHOP is our 1st choice for all the things I mentioned before. If you've not eaten there and are on the fence, try it.....you will not be...

My husband & I just visited IHOP for the 2nd time in a month. The 1st time we left before ordering because it was simply too cold in the restaurant to enjoy a meal. Both of us were still wearing our coats but were still freezing. We tried again yesterday when the outside temperature was quite comfortable yet it was still very cool inside. Since it wasn't as cold as the first time we decided to stick it out. We both ordered breakfast. The food was good but, much to my disappointment, they no longer serve the multi-grain pancakes which is my favorite dish. I had asked for tomato juice but the server said they didn't have it. I was pretty sure I had gotten it before so double-checked the menu & it was definitely listed. The server found out they did have it & brought it to me. In all fairness to our server I think she was fairly new so perhaps I was her 1st customer to ask for it. We eat out frequently so try to vary the restaurants to keep from getting bored. While we might return to this one it will definitely be one of our...

I am not exaggerating this review in any way. I can honestly say this is the only restaurant that I have gotten up and walked out of in over 20 years. My wife and I where meeting my mother and step dad for dinner after traveling from Tennessee. First impression was of dated building with severe AC problems on a 93 degree day. Then we met the worst and most disrespectful waitress I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. When leaving I requested to speak to the manager. He was more pleasant and offered a weak apology but never offered a solution to the issue other than to apologize. At least he approached us with a mask on unlike out our waitress. I was truly embarrassed for my parents and it took everything in my power to keep cursing this arrogant, lazy young lady out that had waited on us. Just wished I could have filmed it so others could experience it and realize how unimaginable you could be treated. Please I urge you to take your business and hard earned money...

I ordered a big steak omelet via Doordash. Talk about huge! It was so big I split it into 2 meals, which is not something I often do. The omelet was cooked perfectly. The steak was tender and delicious. I highly recommend trying one! I had hashbrowns on the side. They were crispy and good but a much smaller serving size than expected, considering the other options include a stack of pancakes. Update 12/31/23: my girlfriend had egg whites and enjoyed them. Her daughter her the quick 2 egg breakfast. Eggs over easy were perfect, but hash browns were "so-so". The star of the show were my pablano eggs benedict. They were amazing!! The hollandaise sauce was delicious. The eggs, despite having to go through a 10min car ride, were still so perfectly runny inside. Perfect spice, spectacular flavor. They are now my new favorite breakfast from IHOP!

MICE and ROACHES!! I witnessed both in the same visit and i usually love IHOP, just not this infested one. Reading these comments we arn't the only ones seeing the BUGS in here! Go to Ashlands location for less infested breakfasts. We wont revisit until pest control visitations been proven, until then itll remain a one and highly not reccomended. Our reviews stay truthful and NO PARTICIPATION five stars either. Do hope they fix this cause we need a decent IHOP. Before this disgusting visit I ate here quite abit and loved their breakfast and lunch foods so its quite dissapointing to keep them at one star. I have pictures of both incounters but will not post out of disgust. We would love any feedback from anyones visit and in hopes it was better than ours. The @ is in our bio.

The interior has been updated and looks very nice. Staff was friendly and service was quick, despite the place being packed. The food was delicious and was honestly the best we'd had there in a while. Prices are fair for the amount of food you get. For those with infants, they have some new high chair that flips up and turns into a stand for the carrier. It even has a belt that locks it in to avoid motion or accidental tip overs. More restaurants should consider those
