Never have I been to a Chick-fil-A where I felt as if I was an inconvenience, and told I couldnāt have something I ordered. Today was the day. I traveled over 5 hrs away from my home to work in a different location for training. Day 1- I made a food order in this specific Chick-fil-A location. They were extremely busy, backed up, all orders in red, and very short staffed. Everyone in line was very kind and not a negative word was mentioned as we could all see them trying to keep up! My food was not great when I got back to my store to eat, but that was ok. I ate and never thought anything of it. I went back to get a water later that day and was greeted with a smile. Day 2- Walked in at mall opening and wanted a large cup or ice for my morning beverage. Mind you, Iām traveling and or I would have brought it myself. I was the only person in line, ordered a large cup of ice and was told āthe best we can do is a medium.ā No smile, point blank. I said Iād appreciate a large and youāre welcome to write on the cup ICE, I wonāt try to come and get a refill if thatās your concern. He replied again, āthe best I can do is a mediumā. At this point Iām frustrated, I canāt pay for a large cup of ice bc they donāt charge for that, and they wonāt give me one bc they think Iām going to try to scam and come back for a refill. Do better Chick-fil-A in the Huntington mall. People donāt remember what you say but they remember how you make them feel and I did not leave your location feeling like a valued customer who has over 18k (yes 18k not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBad experience when I ordered food here last weekend. Always has been a bad experience but the one up the hill outside of the mall isnāt open, so have this one a shot since it was finally listed on the app and I could order with the app. My order was not correct and I should have thought to check before leaving. Yes, they was very busy, but I stood in the mobile order line that they was sending people over to pick up their orders. There was no coordination, and they ended up setting a couple orders on the counter, never called names for whoās order it was. I said āexcuse meā and I was told āIāll be with you in a minuteā and then that person was having a conversation with another worker about something completely not work related at one point, and then I said āhey, just trying to see if my order came throughā because I had been waiting 15 minutes for my order and seen multiple people receive theirs. They had my order sitting on the other end of the counter and never called my name. My receipt was on the bag. I got it and got the drinks and milkshake. Heading down the road, went to get the food out of the bag, and it was not the food I ordered at all. Extremely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy family is a regular at chick fil a's across the country and this is by far the least friendly location we've ever visited.
Chick fil a is usually quick to great you with a smile and a how can I help you attitude. Not here.
This store ran out of lemonade. Imagine their most popular drink being allowed to run dry. And not because they didn't have the supplies to "make" it but because they lost sight of the fountain's status. They tried to pressure the family into drinking a soda instead but our family avoids soda whenever possible and said we would wait. The cashier then rudely said "well it will be several minutes for us to make it."
Store was filled with smoke from the fryers and had a 15 minute wait for food orders to be completed.
Regional office needs some oversight of this location. Local management obviously doesn't have a handle...
