Started a new service with Verizon at the Huntington Mall. The representative was Tracey. When the account was set up she said the fees were for taxes on the new phones. She failed to tell me that there was a $40 dollar transfer fee for each phone, which by the way other companies don't charge. When we got home the internet service was terrible. We couldn't even make a call without the service cutting in and out. Returned the equipment to them and requested a refund for the $296 charges. They told me they could refund $50 of the $296 dollars. Told me to call customer service for additional refund. Called their customer service and told them, their representative hung up on me after telling me I had to go back to the store for where I purchased the equipment. Told her I had already been there twice and she hung up. These people are terrible and frauds. The sales staff are not honest about the added fees that other companies do not charge. This company and the sales staff are terrible and their service is terrible. Would strongly advise anyone to stay away...
Read moreWent in to look at and order a phone. After the salesperson tried to quote new plans and add an unwanted tablet finally got one ordered. Was told it would be there in 2 days and to call and check. When looked at the paper I was given, I noticed there was no phone number and asked for the number. After looking for a number for five minutes, she wrote one down. I called the number two days later only to receive the message it could not go through as dialed. I googled it myself to find I had been given the wrong number. When I finally got the number and called, the girl who answered was rude and unable to find if the phone had arrived. Finally said it may be in two days later. When asked why it wasn’t there said they didn’t know, probably held up I’m the mail. I have ordered many things in the holiday season and through these companies tracking, always knew where my packages are. This tracking system is unacceptable. For a system like Verizon, it should be up to the minute, not maybe later. I don’t recommend this store for anything, but...
