Our family was on a college tour/vacation and spent a few days in West Yarmouth in mid-July. We decided to check out Pizza Barbone while there, and this proved to be an excellent decision. Our waitress was Sophie, who was attentive, knowledgeable, and helped to make this dinner an outstanding experience. I started with the mesculin salad. Oh, the salad. (!!) People
this salad was mind blowingly delicious! The watermelon radish was sliced just the right thickness with a mandolin. The fennel seemed marinated first, and there was a subtle flavor of what tasted like anchovy. I am not a vegetarian, but sometimes you eat something you will never forget. The marriage of flavors in the dressing( this is truly in the top 3 of most delicious, balanced dressings I have ever tasted) was just so damn good!! My kids are still making fun of “mom’s reaction to the salad”. Alright, so now the pizza- it is Pizza Barbone after all, right? I had the pistachio pesto pizza as you see here. Hubby had the pig and fig pizza. This is really amazing dough, they import the flour from Italy. It is tender with a really nice flavor. This pizza has a softer crust, a really unique, and delicious experience. We were a party of four and both of my kids loved their dinner too.Everything tastes fresh, made in house, and made with quality ingredients. We loved it so much we went back a second time before heading back to Maryland. If anyone is planning a visit to Cape Cod, I encourage you to check this place out. A reservation helps. Well done Pizza Barbone!!

We had an incredible dining experience recently.. let me share- starting with the LITERAL mouthwatering pork belly sliders as our appetizer omg the sliders were beautifully presented, with tender and succulent pork belly nestled between soft buns. Imagine! The combination of flavors, from the rich and savory pork belly to the tangy and slightly sweet sauce, created a harmonious explosion in my mouth. Next, we indulged in the pepperoni specialty pizza, which was nothing short of sensational. This large pizza was generously topped with spicy pepperoni and drizzled with a delectable honey glaze. The combination of the hot and spicy pepperoni with the sweet and sticky glaze was a match made in heaven. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the crust was perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining soft and chewy on the inside. To end our meal on a sweet note, we couldn't resist the temptation of the brownie sundae. This decadent dessert consisted of a warm and fudgy brownie, topped with a generous scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream and drizzled with rich chocolate sauce. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and richness, and every spoonful was pure bliss. Overall, the dining experience was exceptional. The quality of the food, the attention to detail in presentation, and the explosion of flavors in each dish made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend trying the pork belly sliders, the pepperoni specialty pizza, and the brownie sundae for a truly satisfying culinary adventure.

Quite a nice restaurant with amazing Neopolitan style pizza on Main Street in Hyannis, MA. The oven itself is a work of art and we are so glad we sat at the pizza bar to watch the action. Fascinating to see how well these young folks created the pizzas. They were very focused with attention to detail and they also had some fun with it. We ordered pizzas, a must have mozzarella di bufala and the other a crushed potato with garlic cream, scallion, mozzarella and bacon! We loved watching the pizza being created and then placed into that amazing oven. Both were absolutely delicious and so fresh tasting. The menu also includes salads, appetizers and other dishes, but I would highly recommend the pizza. The entire place, including the restrooms, was clean with a casual ambiance. Service was great. On street parking where you can find it and we were fortunate to have secured a spot quite close. We will come again and highly recommend. 4.5 stars.

Where to start...Pizza Barbone hit it OUT OF THE PARK for our wedding! We could not have been happier or more impressed with Ali and the Pizza Barbone staff for our June 2021 wedding. We researched dozens of caterers and after one call with Ali, we knew Pizza Barbone was it, this was our perfect wedding food and it was going to be half the price of many of the caterers we contacted - and double the food. Plus, this is a family owned local business! Ali was extremely helpful not only when it came to information directly related to the food, but also shared some tips and advice for how to make sure our wedding ran smoothly. We had 3 hours of salad (which was delicious and beautiful) and unlimited pizza (four kinds) as well as cannolis for our guests and they. Our guests raved about the food. For a wedding of 78, we had a lot of dietary restrictions and all of our guests were taken care of, including our gluten-intolerant guests who said this was the best gluten-free pizza they had ever tasted. During the wedding, people would just get a pile of pizza and then go right back to the pizza buffet to fill another plate. Multiple guests commented that they couldn't believe how much pizza the truck pumped out continuously during the 3 hours of service. We also hired serving staff through Pizza Barbone who were there to do anything that we needed to do and we were blown away by how efficient, professional and accommodating each person helping was. This included setting up, decorating, putting out our cocktail hour food (we kept cocktail hour very casual so ordered a few trays from the local grocery store and had movie popcorn), cleaning up cocktail hour, moving chairs from ceremony to reception, putting out salad/pizza/cannolis, cutting and serving cake, bussing tables, gathering trash, breaking down the ceremony (in record time) and most importantly ensuring we always had food at the sweetheart table. Ali worked with us on pricing to ensure we got the best bang for our buck without sacrificing quality or quantity of food. We cannot wait to get back to the Pizza Barbone storefront in Hyannis to relive our wedding dinner the next time we are in Cape Cod. If you love delicious pizza and impeccable service, Pizza Barbone is the...

A dream wedding reception come true! I had always dreamt of having a pizza buffet at my wedding reception, and was unsure if it would actually ever be able to come true outside of hiring a chain pizza restaurant. Ali and her husband went above and beyond this weekend to ensure our reception for 70 guests was truly an amazing and classy experience. Our guests would not stop talking about how they will never forget such a delicious and wonderful experience.

Ali catered to our every need from the moment we expressed interest in having them feed our guests. She worked diligently and responded quickly to every email and text we sent, and she was able to cater to last minute requests to cater to our guests with food allergies. Gluten-free, nut free, and vegan options were all made available, and were a hit by everyone that needed them.

Pizza Barbone even has a new vintage-looking bar trailer that we wish we had booked! Highly recommend checking it out to host an event that requires some beverages, as the cost of the trailer will be more economical than stocking and manning your own bar! This is our only regret! Nonetheless, Pizza Barbone was able to provide an experienced bartender to service our guests with wine and beverages we supplied. Thank you to the staff for swapping out the kegs in our keggerator! I had no idea how to put the tap in, and I was incredibly appreciative that you were able to do that.

Every one of the staff working the event was professional and had smiles throughout the day. We are so grateful that they were able to provide a beautiful pizza buffet. It was a hoot to see the looks on our guests' faces when they were in line to grab food, as they were in awe of the splendor that was bestowed upon us by Pizza Barbone. More than one of them had little hope that a pizza buffet at a wedding reception could be anything other than tacky, but after they saw the beautiful food truck with the wood-fired oven inside, those guests ate their words. Followed by lots and lots of pizza. Thank you so much Ali for creating a wonderful memory that will last a...

I was in town for a short holiday and I read about this Pizzeria on Google so I couldn't wait to try it: the place looks awesome and they have a very good lunch offer of a starter, pizza and a drink for less than 20$ between noon and mid afternoon. During my first visit I was extremely impressed with the service and the food: the waiter was kind and efficient, my mesculun salad with ribbon rooted veg was magnificent and I had a Marinara Pizza that left me speechless! Delicious garlic and tomato base sauce, perfect crust and light dough cooked to perfection!!! I really thought I found the place to be and I couldn't wait to get back and try the home made Vegan Mozzarella so I returned a couple of days later but I was disappointed 😞 Same gorgeous salad but the Restaurant was busier and despite my young waitress best efforts my pizza was barely warm when it arrived at the table and there was far too much balsamic vinegar, I couldn't taste anything else... Balsamic vinegar is a difficult ingredient, I think a sprinkle would have been a quirky addition to pizza but it is normally best suited for Caprese and salad with not bold flavours. I wanted to try it and I guess it wasn't to my taste and certainly the fact that the pizza wasn't served straight away meant the acidity was accentuated and it was a shame. Beautiful interiors, the dĂ©cor is very rustic and I loved the details and the isle in the middle of the dining room with recipe books and ingredients.

Sometimes the simple things are best, I would certainly visit again but have just the salad and Marinara...
