Kennedy Gallery & Studios — Attraction in Barnstable

I purchased a print from Kennedy Studios back in early December for a client of mine for Christmas. I knew there would be shipping delays due to the holidays so I made this purchase early strategically so I could frame & send to a client before Christmas. The package was set to deliver on the 13th and never arrived or confirmed from the Post Office that the package was delivered so I made an inquiry with them.

After a week with no response, I reached back out to Kennedy Studios to see if they could help in any way. (At this point I knew I wouldn't get it to my client in time for Christmas, but was hopeful to get it to them by the New Year). I got a quick response from the painter himself on the 23rd stating that he'd send another one ASAP. When I returned home last night from traveling over Christmas, the print was on my door step & I will have a chance to get this to my client before the new year.

I'd like to highlight the phenomenal customer service from Mr. Kennedy and commend him for the quality of his work - I'll definitely shop with Kennedy Studios again...

Kennedy Gallery was a wonderful stop in Hyannis! I just visited with my family and happened to see the location on Main Street and bought some prints for myself and my Grandma. She loved them and so did I! The lady behind the counter who helped me with the paintings was also very kind. Will definitely come back next time I come...

Some really great prints but awful customer service, the man behind the counter was incredibly rude. Actually had a print in my hand to purchase and get framed but was so disgusted by the sales associate we ended up not buying. If in Hyannis enjoy the other great shops with great people along Main Street...
