I was attracted to this menu and was really indecisive making a decision, the pan seared scallops with parmesan risotto and sautéed spinach finished with a raspberry champagne sauce sounded fun and different and I was curious how it was going to come together. So half way through my delicious and strong Torino lover cocktail, bourbon with peach puree and ginger ale, they bring my dish out... The plate they sat infront of me did not make me excited about my decision. A lump of cheesy risotto with about seven leaves of spinach embedded on one one half of the plate and eight little, almost seared scallops swimming in red sauce on the other half. Three of the scallops still had their muscles intact. There was also a not so cute smear of bright red sauce on the rim of the plate, near the risotto. There was a lot of sauce but everything tasted nice, just nice, nothing extraordinary, but I wanted to write about it because you could live without trying this dish. The risotto was almost over cooked, and considering it came out pretty quickly means it's really precooked. It also could have been seasoned better. I already told you the scallops were almost seared, the heat should have been higher and for the love of scallops don't set them swimming in a red sauce. A little work on the plating and it could maybe be worth the price. Maybe I sould have gone with the eggplant rollatini.

Tucked in the lively heart of Hyannis—Cape Cod’s unofficial capital—Torino manages to be both a culinary beacon and a nocturnal siren call. By day, it offers a menu that nods to coastal refinement; by night, it transforms into one of the Cape’s more compelling nightclubs, where live entertainment pulses with East Coast talent and, on occasion, national headliners who seem to have found a home amid the rhythm of clinking glasses and slow-burning summer nights. The interior strikes a balance between modern elegance and local charm, with subtle design flourishes that remind one precisely where they are: the Cape, in all its windswept, sand-dusted magic. Oenophiles and casual sippers alike will appreciate the wine list, which reads like a love letter to both the old world and the adventurous palate. And then, there is the Seafood Sambuca. A dish that, in lesser hands, might veer toward cloying excess, here is executed with restraint and finesse. The sauce—kissed with just enough Sambuca to intrigue rather than overwhelm—wraps delicately around perfectly seared scallops and lobster that tastes as though it was summoned from the sea moments before service. The angel hair pasta isn’t drowned but rather glossed with the kind of buttery richness that elevates without distracting. Each bite offers a small, vivid echo of Cape Cod itself—briny, bold, and quietly unforgettable.

Came here with a group of friends for dinner. We started with drinks and apps. We got steamed clams, shrimp crostini, chicken fingers, and eggplant rollantini. They came out fast and they were all delicious! Staff was super friendly and right on top of empty glasses! For dinner, I got a sirloin steak. It was cooked perfectly! Came with veggies and mashed potatoes. My buddy ordered the lobster roll. It was jammed packed with lobster and came with fries. Absolutely delicious! Two others shared a pizza which was also loaded and cooked perfectly! They have a full bar and the place is priced very fairly. Some nights they have entertainment but for tonight, we were able to watch the Celtics game. Everyone got a dessert but I had a cappuccino. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely be a return customer. We never felt rushed and again, the service was so nice and polite.

My friend and I are staying in the cape for over a week. We are from multiple states away. We have been to many places in the cape so far and had great experiences but this was our worst. We made a reservation for 7:30pm. When we arrived we noticed a line to pay a cover fee of $10 each. We were confused because we were solely coming to eat, hence why we had a reservation. The host/bouncer was extremely rude to us. We are obviously not from here so how are we supposed to know you have to pay $10 per person just to sit and eat at a restaurant. The host treated us like idiots for not knowing that. We paid the $20 and then were told to be out of the place before 10pm because we are both 20 years old. It’s extremely odd to me that we had to pay a cover fee considering it was very obvious we were only there for the restaurant, and we couldn’t even stay for the night club if we even wanted to. Would have loved to know I had to pay to enter a restaurant, never seen that one before…

We ordered a diet coke and a sprite. After we finished the first “round” our waiter took our cups to the back to refill them. When he brought the drinks back the sprite was very clearly discolored. Upon further inspection we realized that our cups were lazily swapped. I then realized I had been drinking out of my friends cup, straw and everything. (my friend had lipstick on and I did not so my straw when I was served the second round had her lipstick on it) This was obvious because she had coke in her last cup which was then filled with sprite and served to the other, hence the discoloration in the sprite. As a server myself, I was very upset because that was just lazy and could have been a very big health concern because of a careless action. On top of it, when we asked for a new sprite (because the coke and sprite combo was gross) it was very apparent that our waiter was not happy with us and continued to be short with us the remainder of the meal.

I have never wrote a bad review until this point, but this experience was unacceptable. I highly do not recommend visiting this place if you are...

The atmosphere here was SO fun!! My friends and I ate dinner here on a Saturday night and our server Camryn was an angel. She was an amazing server. So sweet and attentive especially on a busy night. Unfortunately our food was terrible. I would recommend the drinks, not the food. two of us sent food back that we did not eat and Camryn was very understanding and the manager ended up taking it off my friends bill which was great. We were told we could leave and come back to the bar later as long as we had our dinner receipts. Unfortunately when we did that the two of us that sent their food back and didn't eat it were told by the bouncer that they each still had to pay the $20 cover. They paid for their drinks and tipped for the food they didn't eat on their bill and kept the receipt. The bouncer was extremely rude and not understanding at all. He said "you think you're gonna eat for free and then just get back in no charge?" Which they did not eat for free. I tried to explain what happened to the bouncer, but he was not having it. He just got very angry with me and kept saying you're not gonna eat for free and then just get back in. He then said "sorry if that offends you" in a very rude way and was not understanding at all. I didn't show him my bill I paid for myself which was well over $100, because I wanted my friends to be able to get in without paying the cover since we all had just eaten there. I understand what happened and why the rule is since they only paid for drinks at dinner they still had to pay cover, I just thought it was handled terribly and could've been done with more tact. There was no reason for the bouncer to yell at us when we were just trying to explain the situation. After this I didn't want to give them any more of my money. The way they spoke to paying customers was unacceptable. I'm not saying the customer is always right by any means. I've been a server for over 5 years so I get it, I just thought the way they handled it was horrible and I will never be...

Walked in at 4 pm ish. ( 2 days after Labor Day )No one ( host/hostess) there to greet us. As we walk in a waitress asked us if we were dining inside or outside. We said inside. She said just sit anywhere. Sat down , she brought menus . Saw her again 15 minutes later. We are the only ones in the restaurant. Literally no one else in the dining room. No drink order, no can I get you some apps. Almost just left. But , ordered drinks and 2 pizzas. Few minutes for drinks. 15 minutes for 2 pizzas. Pizza was fair. Nothing special for wood fired. As I was eating my food I glance over to look at the cook/ person making the pizzas. The cooking area has an open area in the back , so everyone can watch the person making the pizzas. The person standing there is eating a sandwich with no gloves on (fingers touching their mouth) while they are on their phone texting. All from the pizza making/ cooking area. Then the person, using a knife, sticks it into a container in front of them and sticks the piece of food/ vegetable into their mouth. Then puts the knife back down on the counter. Then goes back to texting on their phone. All from the pizza prep and cook area. Ok, so I ask the waitress for more large napkins. She forgets, ask again, she brings over some. Drops them on the floor, picks them up and give them to us. While I’m 3 feet away watching her. At this point. We just want to leave . Pay the bill . On the way see a gentleman sitting outside at the host/hostess table. Ask if he’s the manager. He was. Explain everything. He apologized and said he would address the issues right away. I explained to him I know it’s 2 days after Labor Day and things slowed down . But if you can’t manage an almost empty restaurant. How can you manage a full one? I hope they figure it out . The manager seemed like a nice person. Start by retraining your staff. Especially when they are in open view of your customers. Good...
