Extremely rude, wouldn't answer questions, gave us the wrong product and argued about it and gave us the wrong bonus gift. If you asked a question she rolled her eyes at you. plus another lady working there was right on top of is/next to us. No space and like she was trying to hurry us up so she could shop. We should have just walked out. On top of that I wanted to buy 2 other clothing items. I'm walking all over the store and most associates are talking to co workers and wouldn't help me cash out. Or said they couldn't help me. So I put it down and walked away from that transaction. I know rudeness is common in Massachusett . I've lived in many states and never encountered such behavior. My son and his three friends were walking through the men's Macy's when a sales associate approached them and told them that they need to be accompanied by an adult. They replied that they are all college students and that they are indeed adults. The associate then turned to the one black man in the group of four and said that he especially needed to leave. The associate said, "You, I know your face. You need to leave!" The young man stated that she could not know his face because he had never been there before. He then asked if she was singling him out because he is black. A verbal altercation between the associate and the young man then ensued. The associate became angrier because the young men told her that they were going to leave a bad review. How much hate can someone have in their heart to do this????? Does this associate receive training??...
Read moreI visited the store today with the intention of buying a Movado or Gucci women's watch. I should have gotten the attendant lady's name (dark hair) At the time while I approached her she was taking care of another customer, she told me that as soon as she was finished she would tend to me . So I politely said sure. She came over and I started looking at some that interested me. While looking, some other customer asked the attendant how she could get a price on a shirt. The attendant rudely left me and went to take care of the customer. She could have said the same thing she said to me earlier or just answer her question on how to get a price check. She just ignored me . I felt so disrespected, I told the attendant I decided not to purchase the watches. Please train your people to take care of the customers accordingly . It was very rude of her.
