I only gave one star because I had to. I dropped my daughter's work pants of on Wed to be hemmed and we went on vacation. I wanted to pick them up on Sat but said they weren't open on weekends but said he would have them ready for me by Monday, today. I just left there to pick them up and they hadn't even started on them!! He said the owner had not been in for 2 weeks and still wasn't back. Do you think that would have been information that you might wanted to share when I dropped them off?!?! Not to mention, YOU are the one who told me they would be ready by Monday!! Both days I was in there he was sitting at the desk on his phone not doing anything, the day I dropped them off he had a girl in there hanging out!! He was a younger boy, not sure if owners son or what but I WILL NOT be back!! It would have been nice to k ow the owner was out or at least a call to let me k ow they weren't ready or...

Sister took my nieces Halloween costume in because it was too long. I picked it up, paid for it and my sister let me know after she saw it that all they did was cut the bottom. They did not bother hemming it, only CUT it, something either one of us could have done for free.. Sister took it back and they refused to hem it without charging her extra money....

First off the owner is very polite and professional. I have been doing business for years with him he does all my clothing alterations. Also all my weeding outings out for family. He is always on time with all my clothes and those best by me...
